Welcome to my Legendary Marketer review!
I was just wondering what happened to David Sharpe as I have not seen or heard about him since I was in his last program that recently took a plunge for the worst.
After being asked if Legendary Marketer was a scam, it prompted me to do more research on something I had never heard about.
Upon landing on one of their sales pages, I ran into Mr. Sharpe himself.
I almost immediately knew where this product was headed but I still had to dig in just to make sure.
Without judging anything, I still did my research to see if this was a legit program or something very similar to what was the Empower Network.
That was the first high ticket program I ever got involved with and I will never recommend another one again.
Will the Legendary Marketer program be another high ticket hype with marketing products?
I really hope not but I can almost guarantee you that it is.
Let’s dig a little deeper and I’ll show you exactly how this whole site works and most especially if you should invest a single penny into another one of David Sharpe’s products.
Legendary Marketer Review
Name: Legendary Marketer and/or Duplicate Dave
Website: www.legendarymarketer.com (main site)
Owner: David Sharpe
Price: $30 + major up-sells
Overall Rating: 1.5/5 stars
Product Overview
Created by David Sharpe, Legendary Marketer is a marketing platform that will show you how to make money by duplicating Dave’s system.
So what is Duplicate Dave then?
I’m sure a lot of you are beyond confused, so allow me to explain all the different websites and why they are there in the first place.
First, you most likely landed on duplicatedaves.com or endfinancialstressnow.com and those are nothing more than a landing page that will be used to attract you and bring you to the real product, which is Legendary Marketer.
It’s all designed through a nice little funnel, which will have you pulling out more money, so be careful with stuff like this as they are based off of hype.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Everything you saw from that first video all the way up until you opted in and landed on another video, you will eventually find yourself on the Legendary Marketer site, which I will like to discuss more on because this is the actual product that you are really getting.
What Legendary Marketer Really is
Legendary Marketer is nothing more than a marketing funnel designed to get you in the door through hype and then make your eyes big so that you can purchase everything else the system has to offer.
By showing you the fancy lifestyle, it will get you interested as I’m sure you are wanting to break out of that rut you are in and what better way than through the internet.
They use the whole “franchise” model and tell you how you need to use something like McDonald’s and use something that works but I completely disagree when it comes to ANY make money from home program.
In the world of making money online, this so called franchise would be Dave’s system and I would like to break it down for you so that you are not surprised after you bought into their first product.
The “System”
Remember that first video you saw about making money and all that hype?
Well that my friend is the start of this whole franchise thing and that is what you will be getting.
Duplicate this system only means selling the same marketing videos that got you to join in hopes that others will do the same.
So if you want to promote hyped up marketing videos of Dave walking in and out of his Range Rover then that’s great because that is exactly what you will get.
Using a real franchise as an example is used by all the gurus and this is the same stuff they used with the Empower Network.
The only difference with McDonald’s and the Legendary Marketer is that you are giving people real food that they like and not just some marketing videos to entice people to purchase your product.
This is nothing different from what he’s done in the past and it all starts with a small fee, which will then turn into thousands of dollars real quick.
They try to make you feel that you are going to lose out on commissions, so it makes you want to purchase these expensive products just so you don’t have that go to the person who brought you in.
Hype, pressure, and dollar signs is all you are getting here and that’s all there really is to it.
The Products
Every single product that comes with Legendary Marketer is in digital form so don’t be expecting anything in the mail.
For starters, it is going to be something very affordable but will lead you to more marketing and more money.
Legendary Marketer Club Membership – $30/month
Remember now, this is only the start of the marketing funnel (the same thing you’re buying) and that will lead to more money coming out of your pocket and a lot of it at that.
By purchasing this product you will get training on the basic levels of marketing, but it is also designed to get you customers to your Duplicate Dave website.
What you will learn:
- How to setup Facebook Fan Pages
- Facebook Advertising
- Youtube Advertising
- Instagram Marketing
- The Big Money Blueprint
- How to track your business
- Lead generation
Traffic Rolodox – $47
This is designed to help you with paid advertising so you can speed up the process.
Definitely not for newer marketers, so you might get lost, put it to the side and then buy into the next product thanks to more marketing.
Invisible Influencer – one time fee of $997.
Here you will learn how to build your audience through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media outlets, so that you can promote your Legendary Marketer Business.
Now that is just a small piece of this funnel as well as a small price, so let’s get into the ones that will make your bank account cry.
* In order to make these crazy commissions they talk about, you will need to buy into their high ticket products
Legendary Builder Masterclass – $2,500 (one time fee)
These courses consist of hours worth of videos that will show you how to do another aspect of this business.
Most people will never get through these videos either as the main goal here is to purchase it so you can start reselling it.
- The attraction code
- The story telling formula
- Master of enrollment
- Profitable presentation.
Legendary Leader Masterclass – $5,000 (one time fee)
Designed to help you become a better leader, this course also shows you how to build your audience, grow your brand, and have these customers chase you instead of you chasing them.
- Words, big ideas, bridges, and marketing awareness
- Legendary speakers
Legendary Marketer Mastermind – $8,000 (one time fee)
This is where things start happening in real life but also when the real money starts coming out of your bank account.
This is a 3 day event but it also gives you lifetime membership to all events as well as online access to all even records.
Legendary Entrepreneur Mastermind – $12,000 (one time fee)
Another live event that covers more on the technical side of your business along with some personal development type presentations and some health related discussions.
$12,000?
Yikes!
Legendary Lifestyle Experience – $30,000 (one time fee)
Purchase this product and you will then be able to sell all the other products to make those thousand dollar commissions.
But for $30,000?
Who in the world looking to make money online has that type of money to begin with?
That can get you a brand new car for crying out loud!
This would be the last product and the most expensive one as well but it allows you to gain commissions from any level in the business and it’s not going to be an easy sale.
The commissions are what anyone works for in this company and that is what I would like to explain next as I’m sure we all want to know how much we can make for selling these high ticket products.
Also keep in mind that there is a 100% money back guarantee but that will only apply to the basic membership of $30.
Everything else after that is nonrefundable, so do make sure to understand that before thinking you can get a refund on everything.
The Compensation Plan
This is where things get a little more interesting and why most people join this in the first place.
By purchasing these products you are now able to sell them to start making money but of course you will need to purchase them yourself before you earn a single penny.
Unlike the 100% commission structure that Dave used to do, he is now only going the 40-60% route, which is not as enticing as it used to be.
If you take a look at the chart below, you will see that Dave Sharpe gets most of the commissions, which I’m personally not a fan of.
I think they should at least be 50% but obviously he wants to put more money in his pockets rather than trying to look out for his affiliates.
Not the most exciting compensation plan but it is what it is.
Can This Work in Your Favor?
I have been with the Empower Network and although I could very much make money by telling you this is the best program on the internet, I’d rather not.
There are way too many people at the bottom, just filling the more advanced marketer’s pockets.
Some people get loans and borrow money from family and friends and will probably never get it back.
If you don’t believe me, you can take a look at their income disclaimer and you will see how almost all its affiliates will be making between $500 and $1,000 A YEAR.
A year?
That is beyond crazy and enough for anyone to see that this is not something you want to get involved unless you think your time is worth $5,000 a year.
You are sold on hype and False Hope.
Those with the money will probably buy into it and end up losing.
I make more than that a month and I do nothing but sell other people’s products through a simple website.
Thanks to sites like Wealthy Affiliate, you can actually make money without recruiting.
Most of the stuff you will find online is most likely going to require you to recruit others in order for you to make money
So if that’s not your thing, you might want to check those guys out.
The only real winners with programs like this will always be the owner and others that know more than the average Joe.
Not so ethical in my opinion and also why I will not promote anything like this just to make money.
Call it work ethic or being a better marketer but I’d rather have you use a program that will make you real money rather than have you recruit others that will spend thousands of dollars.
[maxbutton id=”2″]
So is Legendary Marketer a Scam?
Definitely not but it is definitely something I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is SERIOUSLY looking to build an online business.
There are dozens of programs out there that offer the same exact “products” and high commissions.
They all have the same success rates, with of course the little guy always losing.
Dave’s last program left thousands of people in the red and even if I did make money there, I would never go down that route again.
Marketing training to promote the same thing you just bought is all this is really about.
Not the biggest fan of recruiting but I would rather recommend you join something like Melaleuca or any other MLM.
They at least have some type of tangible product that you can try to impress your friends with.
Now if you want to say that the marketing is worth more than $10,000 you’re just crazy and most likely put money into this.
Legendary Marketer is not going to be your solution to life’s problems and I’m going to have to give this two thumbs down.
What I Really Think
This is not the first type of program like this and it definitely won’t be the last.
If you’re desperate like most people are, then you will consider joining this program.
I really can’t blame you and only because I was once in your shoes.
As a former member of David Sharpe’s first gig (the Empower Network) and going all in, I still have a bad taste in my mouth.
I cut my losses and moved on.
If you’re comfortable with buying a product so that you can resell it so that you can make money, then this might just be for you.
And if having people spend thousands of dollars for marketing training and mastermind hangouts, so that you can make money, then this is for you.
I’ve been there, done that, and I will never be apart of any high ticket program again.
My Recommendation
If you want to make money without recruiting or even spending thousands of dollars, it isn’t going to happen here.
I personally love the affiliate marketing model and I think you will too.
There is no get rich quick business model but rather selling other people’s products that they are already looking for in the first place.
If it wasn’t for a site called the Wealthy Affiliate, I would have probably never got back what I spent with the nonsense like this.
That’s not the case now and I will be forever grateful to have found such an amazing company that requires no recruiting whatsoever.
Read more here and you’ll see how making money online is possible without having to spend thousands of dollars to recruit.
Now if you think that recruiting people to make money without an actual product is cool then by all means, go out there and “Duplicate Dave”.
Other than that, thanks for reading my review of Legendary Marketer and hopefully I have given you more than enough information for you to make a wiser decision on your own.
Thanks for reading and good luck!
P.S. Don’t forget to checkout my top rated work from home program!

In my opinion we need more honest people to open our eyes honestly. Thank you for your recommendations. I believe that is what I got out of this. I don’t feel that you were selling anything just giving other options to do the same thing and maybe come out more on top, with putting out less money but in the end coming out with what we are all looking for the “Own your own business and make money DREAM”. I will be following your recommendations and hopefully, you will be commenting on my success and reviewing MY BUSINESS Soon. 😉
PS. I haven’ launched the website yet, waiting for approval from another partner. 😉 But it’s 97% a GO. (Filling Dreams)
John
That sounds amazing Denna and please do share when you are ready to rock.

I want my own blog website my thing is I just don’t want to do everything from scratch myself all the long writing the stress of trying to make it perfect and learning how to rank it on google and content creating The only way I could think of how I wouldn’t need to do all this if I would Outsource it but I don’t know the right person to hire
John
I use Upwork Ericka. I have tried many sites but I find them to have the best writers. If you can outsource your work then that would be great but definitely own your own sit. I also recommend the Wealthy Affiliate if you are looking for all your website needs to include affiliate marketing training to show you how to make the most money out of your site.

First of all, I hate the name “Legendary Marketer”. You have shown everything threadbare in your review. To me, the membership fee structure is enough to discourage me to even try it since there are many good alternatives available at a much cheaper price. Thanks for the many cautions in your article. Now I have my eyes wide open.

Hey John,
I am lucky that I have came across your Legendary Marketer Review as I was searching around the net about this program to convince myself that this was the one for me.
In fact, I was looking for a Digital Marketing Course and ended up at the Legendary Marketer site. The Legendary Club at $30 /mo sounds pretty interesting where I can learn all the Digital Marketing Business.
I was curious thought as they never gave any details of course.
Further, I do notice their 2 upsell products which costs $2,500 and $5,000, I told myself what freakin to do with these high ticket products. Is this another scam?
I am so glad I did my research because I would’ve wasted $30 that I don’t even have!
Once again thank you for this thorough review because iif not I might have fallen into their sale funnel.
Best wishes

David Sharpe is an experienced internet marketer and a good leader. Legendary marketer system is not a scam but an expensive business in the box setup. One can enter in the system at $30 but may not be able to earn income at entry level. Once you have referred someone to their website, the coaches will try to sell high ticket module and if you don’t owe the module within training you may not get the commission. In such programs, one would earn money promoting their products only.
In comparison, wealthy affiliate provides training at a reasonable price and you can set up your own business in any niche and promote any affiliate program.
Setting up Amazon affiliate niche following wealthy affiliate training can be a permanent source of income.

I have seen far too many of these training platforms recently that base themselves on Empower (although I never was), and this one as a good reason to as well.
I mean really are people really going to fall for this garbage, but I guess that people just don’t research things properly first.
The costs are staggering and there are far better alternative solutions out there.
I wasn’t aware that this conman was back on the scene so thanks for bringing this to my attention.

After what happened to Digital Altitude, maybe these gurus who are fond of squeezing big money with their expensive products and training, they hibernate for a while and rethinking their strategies. Gone are the days when they can just lure people into buying their schemes!
It’s good to hear that you do not recommend this program by Dave. In your opinion, what do you think is the cost ceiling for online programs to not border into scams or schemes? Will a $1,000 course still okay?
Marta Landrum
You just wrote about Dave selling his site through the video, but you just did the same thing, only in writing.
Why would anyone spend $ to get a membership that tells you to buy a product and upsale it? Unless you have the experience, money (to “make money”) and a plan, you will not make a dime.
Hey, at least they’ll return your membership fee!
John
The difference with Dave selling his site is the fact that that’s the only way you can make money. Get trained on how to promote the same exact video and marketing material in order to make money. If that’s cool with you then there are no issues here as long as you understand that concept. What did I sell here though?
Matt
I can say I liked your review. Now I can say I have been involved with DA at one point but they got taken down by the FTC. I also didnt go far with it, I started in Dec of 2017 taken down in Feb of 2018. They are basically the same as LM just different names and the owners are different. At least you didn’t call it a scam though I dont believe it is. I can say as a fellow WA member. WA is a good platform to learn the basics of affiliate marketing and learn how to build your site out and blog. But in return if you are going to go through Boot camp and basically make a money making blog you review other money making opportunities. Plus you want to promote WA as well. So in return you refer someone that comes to your blog about WA which signs up under you then they pay monthly for the training. So actually recruiting is happening so you can get a comission and are at the same time reselling WA products. Like the people are reselling LM products. In affiliate marketing we recruit people to make money. It just depends on if the program is worth the money is up to that person you know? I hope the best and keep up your good work.
John
But of course you would think that I’m only making money through promoting WA and that’s how it really looks. The truth is that I actually make money with a completely different website promoting actual products all thanks to what WA teaches. Is there anything better? Absolutely not and that is exactly why I have created this site. WA is not recruiting whatsoever, it is a platform that teaches you how to do affiliate marketing, which is very much a legitimate business. And no, affiliate marketing is not promoting the work from home niche if that’s what your’e thinking. You also have to keep in mind that I can make these crazy commissions if I told you that LM was legit, but do you see me doing that? WA is something you can’t compare to ANY recruiting based business and if you actually built a site that sin’t focused on promoting WA or even the work from home niche you would understand what I mean. People that get involved with high ticket programs and recruiting based type sites will always be in the hunt for the next best thing. Affiliate marketers will focus on building out their business and growing. That’s how it is and that’s how it will always be. Been there, done that and I know exactly what works. And yes, WA is by far the best program to learn how to make real money through a real business WITHOUT recruiting. Whether you or anyone believes me or not, I am still making money and have been for the past 4 years. How many people do you know (that claims to be an online marketer) that can say the same? I know no one else besides those that own their own sites and are doing real online marketing. I hope this clears things up Matt and hopefully you are doing well with your business…if you have one.
