Vizionary Review
Summary
Name: Vizionary
Owner: Frode Berg
Type of Business: MLM
Website: www.vizionary.com
Price: Varies
Overall Rating: 2/5 stars
I was introduced to Vizionary a couple of months ago, but didn’t know much about it, other than the fact that it was an MLM that involved cryptocurrency.
I finally put together this Vizionary review after some extensive research, so that you too can have a better understanding of what all the fuss is about.
You also might want to get your currency calculator out because everything done on this site is with EUR and not USD.
For what it’s worth, I put together this review so that those of you that are confused with this can get a better understanding before you invest in something just because one of your buddies wouldn’t stoop bugging you about it.
What Exactly is Vizionary?
Multilevel marketing. MLM that doesn’t have an actual product, but rather a crypto currency called Capricoin, that they are marketing as their product of choice.
Vizionary was founded by Frode Berg, who was actually involved in several other scams called Globe Games and T6 Poker, which both are no longer active.
He also got his start with another MLM called Ausante, which was also declared as being another fraud. Once a scammer always a scammer? Hmmm…
So What is Capricoin?
Remember the Bitcoin that made a couple of instant millionaires? This is one of the new sites that are using digital currency as a way to market a multilevel marketing business.
There are other companies like UFUN that uses the UToken, which is just another MLM trying to use the hype that bitcoin brought into the online world.
So yeah, Capricoin is nothing more than a digital currency, which can be used to purchase products online as well as some actual stores out there.
Who This is for
Anyone interested in multilevel marketing or those looking for a way to make money online so they can possibly quit their job.
Okay I take that back. This is for anyone looking for false hope and a way to lose their friends and family due to their crazy recruiting tactics of the latest and greatest way to make money from home.
There is no fancy product like Kyani that you can use to give to your friends, so I don’t see how this is even a business.
The Product
Like I said earlier, there is no tangible product linked to this site. I would like to give you my thoughts on all this digital currency and cryptocurrency type stuff that has gotten everyone thinking they’re going to become the next Bitcoin millionaire.
My Thoughts on Digital Currency
There is all this talk about how the world will soon be using nothing but digital currency and how we need to get in on it or we’ll lose out.
Can someone tell me how you obtain any type of cryptocurrency or digital currency? Through the Fiat currency! Once again, this is nothing but hype to get you to join the latest and greatest cryptocurrency MLM scheme.
With all the hype and brainwashing that was being done through these crazy videos, I actually thought that digital currency will actually take over the world.
Ten seconds later, I got off the cloud and realized that people are paying REAL money to get this digital currency, so what in the world are they really trying to tell us?
Nothing. That is what they are trying to tell us. Just like any MLM out there, the ultimate goal is to get someone to signup under you, so that you too can build your nice little pyramid.
The Compensation Plan
I used to be a big fan of these until I created my own online business. For what it’s worth to you, here is a quick breakdown of what you will get if Joe signs Jill and Jill signs Pete.
There are four associate levels within the Vizionary Comp plan:
Bronze – 97 EUR
Silver – 297 EUR
Gold – 897 EUR
Platinum – 2897 EUR
Just like any other MLM you’ve ever heard of, the comp plan is ran off of recruiting. For your recruiting efforts, you can expect to make the following.
Bronze Affiliate – 9.70 EUR
Silver Affiliate – 29.70 EUR
Gold Affiliate – 89.70 EUR
Platinum Affiliate – 289.70 EUR
There are ways to increase your earnings through their “momentum bonus” which can be obtained by getting your downline to upgrade within a 7 day period.
All this means is that you will have to do more crazy recruiting to get them to purchase a higher level so that you can make more money.
This is not the best compensation plan out there, but without one of these, you wouldn’t have a “multi” level marketing business.
There is a lot more nonsense that comes with their compensation plan, so you might want to check it out here. because boy there is just too much information.
How Much it will Cost to Join Vizionary
Just to get started it is going to cost you 97 EUR, but can go up to 2987 EUR. Of course you would purchase these higher packages so that you can earn more money.
Bronze – 97 EUR
Silver – 297 EUR
Gold – 897 EUR
Platinum – 2897 EUR
for every EUR, it is equivalent to $1.09, so as you can see, it is not going to be no chump change to join Vizionary, so please proceed with caution.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- Can make you money
Cons:
- Is MLM
- Ran by a scammer
- No actual product
- No guarantees
- Requires recruiting
- Is a pyramid style business
- Very pricey
Final Opinion of Vizionary
Not your best bet to making money from home or online. I barely recommend any MLM even if they have products and you really think I’d tell you to get involved with something that doesn’t even at least have some type of fancy lotion?
That’s just not how things work my friend and that is why MLM will never beat affiliate marketing. Not a fan of this hype and I don’t see this going longer than a year.
The owner was already apart of some scams in the past and I don’t think you can really look past that. Of course the brainwashed members will say otherwise, just because they already put money into this.

Overall Rating: Not Recommended
Flat out, these types of things are not for everyone. Whether you like it or not, this type of stuff is not going to make you the money you think you are going to make.
So is Vizionary a Scam?
If I was to call this a scam then that would mean that I’d have to say that Amway and others that have been around for many, many years are a scam, but that’s not the case.
However, I don’t see anything legit about this either. This is nothing but hype and will not be your key to financial success.
I’ll leave the scam part up to you. Do you think this is a scam? I can’t speak for everyone and we are all entitled to our opinions until we see the outcome of this program, which we should be seeing here soon.
What I Really Think
Don’t do it. I can’t recommend anything that can’t promise you to be successful. I’m tired of members of any and every MLM talking about how it takes work and determination to make it, when that’s not the real problem.
The problem with them is the fact that you can’t really tell where they are headed. Some last for years and some flop within months.
With a pyramid style model, (scam or not) you can’t blame anyone for calling this a scam. I really don’t see this going that far and it looks like it’s headed in the same direction as UFUN, which tried to bank off of the hype that Bitcoin brought.
If you are really looking to start your own online business, you need to checkout programs like the Wealthy Affiliate. This is one of the few legit ways to make money online and you will definitely be better off building your own business rather than building your up-line’s pockets.
Thanks for reading my review of Vizionary and hopefully I have given you a better understanding of what this program can do for you (or not).
Just like every other MLM, its members are going to defend it like it’s the best thing since sliced bread so I’ll be waiting for it. Why is this not a scam?

Hi,
Thanks for putting this together…
However, I believe you need a good amount of knowledge within world economics, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and more to write a detailed review.
You wrote, “I really don’t see this going that far and it looks like it’s headed in the same direction as UFUN, which tried to bank off of the hype that Bitcoin brought.” This shows a fundamental lack of knowledge of what a cryptocurrency is, blockchain technology and the difference between companies.
I actually know about digital currency my man and of course it would come from a member to give this type of opinion. Now let me ask you this…What is required to obtain ANY type of digital currency? CASH MONEY!
Now don’t get me wrong, using bitcoin and all that is cool as I do have a Coinbase account, but throwing MLM into it is not going to fly. “Hey join me here so we can sell and mine bitcoin”? It’s all designed for multilevel marketing and not about using the currency.
Talking about blockchain technology and how bitcoin can’t be hacked is awesome, but what does that have to do with Vizionary? I think a good old bitcoin account is all you need and getting someone to join your “business” is not what digital currency is about.
Think about it…
Thanks for your review of Vizionary John and I can tell you from personal experience that its an elaborate MLM hoax, they have great marketing always dangling the “possibility” of a repeat of the bitcoin windfall as an incentive to join. They say that the Capricoin is a new generation cryptocurrency which has the potential to outperform the Bitcoin and that is their big attraction. By signing up with one of the packages you mention above, you get some mining slots which earns you some Capricoins. I was very interested in seeing what it was all about so I signed up (in November 2016) and bought their bronze package for 97 Euros, for this I was allocated a few mining slots which enabled me to mine for a couple of weeks, I eventually ended up with 82 Capricoins, which ended up costing me 1,18 Euros each, not such a great investment when the current Capricoin value (Feb 17, 2016) is 0,13 USD. In order to to get more mining slots you have to upgrade your account at the cost of hundreds of Euros and its obviously not such a wise choice at the current value of the Capricoin. I do have an option of signing people up to Vizionary in their MLM program, but I have a conscience and don’t have any desire to rip anyone else off like I was. My advice to anyone thinking about signing up with Vizionary is to ditch it right now unless you want to flush your hard earned money down the drain.
Thanks for that Christo as not everyone can understand it like we do.When people join anything, they will definitely defend it until they realize what they are really in. People like you will find success man, so keep moving forward and do what’s right. Have you tried the Wealthy Affiliate? If not, it’s definitely something you should try if you’re still trying to make money online. People like you deserve to make it online so definitely check that out. You can read more here on a review I did on the company if you want to learn more. Thanks for the comment Christo!
Hi John,
I will take a look at Wealthy Affiliate, thanks for your advice, what I wanted to ask you is if you have seen the Your Web Base (YWB) site and mobile app? They allow you to join for free and then you need to play their match three game, they are promising a tournament of the game to come in a few months time and the opportunity to win cash even if you don’t win in the tournament, but if someone in your downside does well then you can get paid 10% of their winnings. The aim is to get people to join and play the game and they say that all the money will be coming from advertising. It’s all free so can there be a catch, your only investment is your time. I can send you more info if you would like, this is just a basic overview of what its all about.
Yes, do send me more info and I will look into it for you. I’ll get a review out for you too, so be looking out for it!
This is how I see it. About 9 yrs ago I had a choice of deciding to take on 3 projects outside of my already busy schedule in my career as a Designer Builder for the previous 40 yrs in the industry & I was looking for another challenge in life. Trading the Market was the final decision for me to take as it become my hobby somewhat 4 yrs before…but Bitcoin was also a contender in that 9 yrs of interest how-ever bitcoin was worth absolutely nothing because it started off as a token for gamers again which was of no interest to me but I followed it for 3 yrs until 2015 bitcoin was brought to my attention when I saw it on the market as crypto currency. Not only did I freaked out but I did some further research & low & behold I kicked myself when I realised what the value of the coin is now. I really kicked myself last year when I predicted 3 share market crashes which would have sent the value of the coin higher on Wednesday morning 23June when I traded the market in currencies…I predicted that there would be another market crash on my FB page & low & behold UK left the EU causing the biggest crash as now told. There you go another kick in the butt for not investing in Vizionary. Even though I made $10k in a matter of 2 mins trading both the down turn of one currency…visionary should have been on my radar to invest.
Hello im from SA which site u trading with
Hi John!
I was approached with Vizionary from 2 directions within a fortnight, and I wanted to look into it. I appreciate your insights, because they boost my own feelings. I come from Norway, and I have seen the companies where Frode Berg learned the trade of becoming a scam artist. You never mentioned WGI (World Games Inc), an Australian company that devastated over 200000 Norwegian homes. Supposedly he was one of the leaders there. Then he went on to the spree of scam companies. Well, I was a rookie back then, so I also got into WGI, I also got hurt, but at least I don’t have on my conscience that I hurt others. And I learned from my mistakes.
Now, I think it is scary what goes on in the world. Because of Bitcoin, something I also do not trust, all this hype has emerged, giving false hopes to people. Onecoin, Vizionary, Crypto888 all are nothing but pyramid and Ponzy schemes, because no matter what beautiful story they provide, at the end of the day, all the money that goes out comes from the people that put in. They have “investments” frozen for half a year, year, which they later pay back in their own coins at who knows what value.
I say if they are still here in 2-5 years and are able to prove themselves through the teeth of time, then they may have a valid value, but, that is still no guarantee, because it depends how long it takes for them to exploit new markets, when the starting ones collapse.
Hey, could you do a similar investigation of Crypto888? And don’t stop at that Nigel Allen is their main “dude” but keep sniffing deeper, if you do, OK?
I can definitely look into that one Fernc. Like you said though, they are all the same and you know exactly how they are started and how they operate. As a matter of fact, I’m going to look into it now. Thanks for your comment Ferenc.
Thanks John. I had just pulled out my cc! Good info…
Hey John!
One year has past and a lot has changed since I wrote my comment on your blog. The Crypto888 was a scam and it is gone.
However, in the past year I have been sniffing around crypto currency and also around Vizionary in a much larger extent.
Due to my findings I would like you to take down my post dated February 12th, 2016, and also this one, as I believe that my opinion was premature, in many ways.
One of the things that I failed to see in your blog post at that time actually is that you are against MLM all together, and I cannot agree with your opinions there at all, because I have been living out of MLM for the past 5 years.
Another thing: You mention that only companies where there is a product can be legit, like Kyani 😀 Well, fun fact: Kyani is also gone by now. 😀
The fact about Vizionary is this: There is CapriCoin, a trade-able coin on the open market, and there is CapriPay which is a system for legitimate merchants to become partners where people can shop and get cashback on their shopping. This is great, as this increases the demand and with that the value of the coins. And you have Vizionary, the marketing company. You can ask why? Why not advertise on TV? The answer to that is simple. There IS NO more powerful marketing tool than the word of mouth. And there is no older way to market either. Not to mention the most cost efficient. So the fact is – as I see it Frode Berg has learned a valuable lesson and made a brilliant choice and I should not have judged the book by its cover. Anybody and everybody can change, and everybody deserve a 2nd chance.
Regarding Vizionary there is NO risk involved with doing it, because when you buy your package of choice you get your CapriCoins that are trade-able, so you can sell them at any time. You can sit on them, if you want, to see if the supply and demand will increase its value over time, just as it happened with Bitcoin. Cause I do need to remind you that BTC was also just a ridiculous token at first and for many years before it hit as the standard for crypto currency.
This comment I am writing only to you, I am not involved at the moment with Vizionary, but I have a lot of friends that have made substantial amounts of money with it. I consider it as a very low risk investment, particularly for the right people as myself. Therefore I ask you to take down both my posts as I don’t want to have comments out there that I don’t stand for any more.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you’d like to discuss this matter further or if you wish to be informed on this subject in the future, you can take contact with me on Fb. Thank you
I am definitely not against MLM and I definitely don’t think it needs to come with some type of tangible product. There are just too many things that come with the MLM industry that I can’t agree with and it’s something people need to be aware about. Just like almost every MLM company that comes around, they bring hype and then eventually get shutdown. Is that something you are comfortable with? Probably not.
The thing that most people don’t know is the fact that there are other ways to make money from home and it doesn’t have to deal with recruiting either. I was very much involved with MLM and I can say I did fairly well with it, but it is what it is. Recruiting based pyramid style business. Not everyone can agree with it, but there’s nothing we can really do about it. I would rather have someone do MLM than to work at a regular job by the way, but almost every network marketer is still working a regular job because they can’t dictate where the company is going.
In the end, it’s really up to the individual. In most cases, people just want to make more money and change the way their financial state is in. So regardless of how the company is ran, we as humans will do whatever it takes to make that money.
These days, I run a successful affiliate marketing business and no one can really take anything away from me unless the internet disappears or something. There is no comparison there and if you don’t know anything about it, you might want to at least give it a try. And yes, I will help you get started if you’d like so you can look at things in a different perspective.
Read more here on the same exact program that taught me how to live the life most people only dream of. I’m sure you’ll like what they offer and without the recruiting but rather selling other people’s products to make money, I think you can agree that it doesn’t get any more legit than that. Okay, I got carried away there, but take a look and let me know what you think!
You dont need to get involve in Vizionary. All you do is buy some capricoins and hold it will grow in value in the future. Capricoins have some avantage over bitcoins cashbacks. Both merchants and consumer will benefits from cash backs for payments they make. It cost zero to join. The vizionary part is what I didn’t like the most but you dont have to recuit to make money. If you want to mine capricoin vizionary is for you as its the only place to mine capricoins. Capricoins is now 50 cents compared to 10 cents a year ago so it is gaining momentum slowly but surely.
