I was wondering the same thing!

Not only am I not affiliated with the company, but I have actually tried it for myself.

Okay, I take that back.

I actually tried it on my son’s eczema, but I never actually tried drinking it, so there’s not much I can say about the actual water helping me physically.

I have been meaning to do a review on this, but I never got around to it. So after arguing with my other half about whether or not this water made my son’s skin better, I decided that now was the time to put one together.

The thing about this is that I was really thinking about joining Enagic. I talked to a buddy of mine who distributed it and that is where I got a lot of my questions answered.

From how much the machines cost, to what you can make doing this as a business, I think I got more than enough information to give you a better understanding of what you might be getting yourself into.

So What is Kangen Water?

There is so much science behind this product that it might have gotten a lot of you curios as well as confused because I was beyond lost.

Come to find out that this is a multilevel marketing business that sells water. Of course this is not your typical bottled water as there are different uses, which I will be getting into here shortly

Who is Kangen Water For?

As far as the health benefits are related, there are all types of claims that this thing did some type of miracle and just like expected, there are those saying they got nothing from it.

I guess you can say this is for anyone interested in doing some network marketing. The product is not for everyone, and that’s how it will be with Kangan or any other MLM for that matter.

The Product

So I just found out that there are actually 5 different types of water that come with this program. They all serve a different purpose and not all types come from every machine.

There are several videos about this and I’m sure you’ve seen one of them from the person who was trying to get you to join.

The one I saw was about these different color water tests. It didn’t do much for me, but it might do something for you.

So remember how I mentioned the whole eczema thing? The thing I didn’t understand was that there are 5 different types of water.

To be honest, I don’t know how you can make water different without calling it water. I mean, isn’t water just water?

That’s not what these guys think and I’m really curious and want to try each one.

There’s a water to help you remove coffee stains, cleanup oily kitchen messes, and protein buildup.

What?!

So first we have the regular old Kangen Water that I guess you can call their main product. Now the one thing I didn’t know is that there was also some water that you couldn’t drink.

Check them out below!

1. Kangen Water (pH 8-10) – This water is their main product and is supposed to not only be your alternative to a filtering system or water bottles, but it’s also great for cooking rice, boiling water faster, and helps improve taste for cooking.
2. Strong Kangen Water (Ph > 11.0) – This is not for drinking. It is used to help clean up oily kitchen mess, to dilute detergent, remove stains, to clean vegetables, and to clean meats.
3. Clean Water (pH 7.0) – This is for drinking. It is safe for babies and does not have any influence on the effectiveness of medication.
4. Beauty Water (pH 4.0 – 6.0) – Not for drinking. This water is used to wash your face and when taking baths. It will reduce water scale on tubs and is great for cooking pasta so the noodles don’t stick together.
5. Strong Acidic Water (pH > 2.0) – This is definitely not for drinking. I have never been afraid of water until I came across this name. This is used to cleanse and disinfect kitchen utensils as well as to sanitize tooth brushes. Oh and rather than just coffee, this one can remove tea stains without using bleach. I want to see this.

The Price for a Kangen Water Machine

I’m sure you knew these things weren’t going to be cheap. To be honest, I didn’t even think this was going to cost as much as it did so you can say that I was really surprised.

Then again, if you go any cheaper and you’ll just be giving it away.

So if you are interested in getting your own machine, you can expect to pay a minimum of $1,480. Rather than explaining to you how these machines work, I want to give you the price as well as whether or not it comes with all types of water.

 

The Machines

 

• Leveluk R – This is the cheapest machine that Kangen offers and it will cost you $1,480. It only comes with 3 different types of water, which are the Kangen water, Neutral, and the Acidic water. This is as basic as it gets and also the cheapest of all the models. This also comes with a 3 year warranty.
• Leveluk JRII – A little pricier than the R and it will cost you $2,380. However, this one does come with all 5 water types and the 3 year warranty.
• Anespa – This will cost you $2,390 but will only produce mineral ion water for your bath or shower. So if beauty is in your nature, I’m sure you’ll be interested in this non drinkable water producing machine. You can expect a 3 year warranty for this machine as well.
• Luceluk SUPER 501 – If you have $5,980 then you can own this. It produces all 5 water types and is Kangen’s highest priced machine. It also comes with a 3 year warranty.
• Leveluk SD501U – A little cheaper than the Luceluk Super at $4,980, but this one comes with a 5 year warranty. This also produces all 5 water types.
• Leveluk SD501 – The starter of the Leveluk models and costs $3,980. Produces all water types and comes with a 5 year warranty.
• Leveluk SD501 Platinum 5– Language – More modern design and also comes with a higher price of $4,280. Produces all water types and obviously comes in other languages as well. 5 to be exact.
• Leveluk Kangen 8 – For $4,980 this unit produces all water types and comes with a 5 year warranty. This can use 8 different languages, which is the more than the Platinum.

There are also other products that you can purchase, like the Kangen UKONE Turmeric Supplement, which is supposed to be a natural healer. This is not some cheap vitamins, but it will come with a 6 month supply.

Does it Even Do Anything?

There are so many health related “healing” that came with this and someone actually sold us a gallon of this water and told us that it would get rid of my son’s eczema.

Just tonight, my other half was telling me it worked until I told her it was a multilevel marketing business. Once I told her that, I think she had different thoughts about this.

Will it cure eczema?

Might help, but probably won’t get rid of it.

Maybe, just maybe, it might have helped a little, but it definitely didn’t get rid of it.

There Are Others Like it

This just brings me back to when my other half called me and told me we NEEDED to buy this lotion. Come to find out, it was another MLM!

You may have heard about this company or you may have not, but this is just one of the few “solutions” to our son’s eczema problem.

The company was called Melaleuca and thanks to their Renew lotion, we were immediately involved with a network marketing business.

Now we’re not members anymore and I can tell you that the lotion did not work. Products were okay, but our monthly fees started to add up and we were backed up with too many of their products.

Then came along this one and although my son has outgrown his skin disorder, I did fine interest in this, just to see what it could do for our overall household.

Here are Some Things I Liked About Kangen Water

I’m a businessman and I love everything associated with it to include some of the business models that I don’t agree with, like MLM.

However, I still like the fact that they have an actual product.

There are all these new companies that come out and all they do is some type of cash gifting scheme. With this one, at least there’s something that you can sell.

Yeah the machines can be pricey, but they do offer you a payment plan. Thought you had to fork out $5k didn’t you?

Well, you can actually make monthly payments if you wanted one and they don’t do any credit checks.

Not a bad deal if you ask me.

What I Didn’t Like

I’m not into the whole recruiting thing. I don’t care what anyone says about how you’re not working hard enough or you don’t want it bad enough, I think that’s a big bunch of balogna!

Every MLM is the same and they all make you money the same way. So if someone tries to tell you that this is not like other network marketing businesses, then you can let that in one ear and let it right out the other.

I don’t see this as an easy sale as people are not just out there looking to buy water for such a hefty price.

Let’s see how this matches up with a much better program for a lot cheaper and without playing the whole recruiting game.

The Compensation Plan

For those of you wondering how much you could make if Joe signed Bill and Bill signed Jill, I’ll give you a very basic explanation so you can at least know how money is made on the business side of things.

This would be the part that most people consider a pyramid scheme, but that’s just how these things work.

In a pyramid scheme matter.

So if you get people to signup under you, you can expect to make some money, right? The thing about this one is that you can actually make more money from your indirect sales.

So first you need to make at least 2 sales to become 1A, which is the first rank that allows you to qualify for commissions.

Move Up in Rank

Make more sales after that and you can move up in rank as well make more money! Now I’m sure these are not easy to do, but remember that these things come with a hefty price tag, which means you can earn a couple hundred dollars from just one sale.

Now if your downlines are heavy hitters, you can make a lot of money without even doing anything. I guess that’s a pretty cool incentive that comes with this network marketing business.

I’m going to have to say no. With a product and a solid track record, this is a legitimate company and although it may not be for everyone, you can’t call this a scam.

They’ve been around for quite some time now and that must mean a lot for a company. If you were to call this a scam, then you would have to call Amway the same and that is just not the case.

Personally, I actually like this one. I’m not one for MLM although I’ve put my foot in a couple, but this might be one to consider.

This is really going to be up to you.

What I Really Think

I love business but I just don’t like recruiting. I’m sure there are a lot of you that have to try to break the fact that you aren’t comfortable talking to people because you want to make more money, but I want to tell you that this is not the only way to make money.

I used to think that MLM was the only way for me to get out of the military, but I found out the hard way. Now don’t get me wrong, things didn’t happen just like that.

Scams Are All Over The Place

I actually ran into many online scams and in most cases, they ended up being some type of recruiting based gig and I’m glad to say that I no longer have to wonder.

I was playing the scam game until I came across a program called the Wealthy Affiliate. This program was the only one that was ever different from the rest, but I just had a good feeling about it.

So if you’re interested in making money online and aren’t into recruiting, I think you definitely need to give that program a try.

Again, that is still not for everyone, but if you’re looking to do some life changing stuff, that is the program you need to try.
