BTC 1 Up Review: Scam or Legit Money Making Opportunity?

January 23, 2018 //  by John

btc-1-up-review

Chances are that someone on social media mentioned something about making $50 over and over again or something along those lines and of course it got you curious.

Whatever the case may be, I would like to explain how everything works through this straight to the point review, as I don’t have time to try to give credit to something that doesn’t deserve it.

I love everything involved with marketing besides when it comes to a bunch of these make money from home program as there is always some type of catch.

After being offered this “opportunity” I couldn’t help but think about a program called Easy 1 Up due to the name, so I almost guaranteed it was the same type of program, just in the form of digital currency and guess what? It is.

So this review is not going to take much of your time as I know too much about these types of programs, so just sit back and let me explain how this whole system works so you can decide for yourself if this is really a scam or a legit opportunity for you to make money with.

I am not affiliated with this site, so you can expect a lot more facts than hype as I’m sure that’s all you will find from its members that have nothing but great things to say about this site.

Here is everything you need to know, and you’re welcome.

So What is BTC 1 UP?

BTC 1 UP is what you get when you try to put something like multilevel marketing with digital currency so that people can make money through this thing called recruiting.

There is no actual products associated with this but rather the chance to try and make some money if you get others to join using your personal link.

Sure they claim to have a done for you sales funnel and all that other nonsense, but that is the same exact product that every single 100% commission based program has to offer and trust me, it is not what you think it is.

In the end, there is always a hidden agenda and I would like to explain it all here within this review.

How it Works

“Build a list, advertise anything, earn Bitcoin”

That’s their claim as to how you will make money with this site.

Sounds simple, but if you’re not careful, you will get caught in their trap if you do decide to get curious, which I’m sure almost all of you did.

Now if you got past the opt-in portion of this program, you will have landed on a video about Bitcoin, which absolutely irritates the crap out of me because it is completely useless.

Don’t let the nice little stories of how Bitcoin went up to $16,000 in such a short amount of time because that has nothing to do with BTC 1 UP.

Period.

Bitcoin is Bitcoin and BTC 1 UP is BTC 1 UP, so don’t let them trick you into thinking that you’re investing into actual digital currency because you’re not.

Yes, they use digital currency to buy into the company and whatnot but they are two completely different things.

Recruiting is the name of the game and that’s really all this site is about.

This so called “system” they speak of is nothing but hyped up marketing material like you saw on the same exact page that tempted you to join in the first place and that is it.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Get your personal link to these sales videos and start promoting your link, hoping that others get just as curious as you did.

They try to say that you can promote anything you want but with their comp plan and commission structure, you will see why anyone would rather promote BTC 1 UP than whatever it is that they had to offer.

Again, this is more marketing tactics that will work against you if you’re not careful.

The Reverse 1 Up Compensation Plan

This is exactly where the whole multilevel marketing comes into play and why there are a lot of people out there trying to get others to join.

There is no special formula besides their “1 up” little trick that has you pass up one of your personal referrals to the person who brought you in.

The first person you bring in will pay you their $50 membership but your 2nd referral will go to the person who brought you in.

By doing this, it allows everyone to “help” their referrals because that is how they will make money in the first place.

“Let me help you because I care about your success”.

How shady is that?

If that is ethical in your eyes, then this might just be the system for you but I can not do this type of stuff anymore as I have once did this in my career.

Knowing not everyone will make money is completely against what I believe and this whole 1 up nonsense is exactly why people are out there trying their hardest to get others to join.

The Price

To get started with BTC 1 Up it is going to cost you $50.

That is just for your basic membership and is a great way to get people through the door.

There is also a mandatory $25 fee which is used to get you into their rotator which will allow you to get your first 2 referrals.

Pay that $50 and get ready for some nice little up-sells.

One is for $250 and another is going to cost you $500.

Forget about what you are paying for, let me explain why this is needed.

100% Commissions

If you’ve heard about the whole 100% commission thing, this is exactly how it works.

After paying your $50 + that $25 fee, you will NEED to purchase the $250 and $500 deal, or guess what?

You will lose out on commissions if someone you brought in decides to purchase them.

By purchasing these high ticket products, you are allowed to sell them and make 100% commissions from them if any of your personally enrolled referrals decides to purchase them.

I don’t mean decide, but rather temped to buy because they don’t want to lose out on any commissions.

Again, this is another marketing tactic that other 100% commission sites like the Empower Network and Digital Altitude are using.

Conclusion

BTC 1 Up is nothing more than a system that uses hype and shady marketing to get others to join.

What really sucks is the fact that almost everyone who joins is either broke and looking for a real way to make money online or flat out desperate.

All they will end up doing is gifting the person who introduced this site to them when we all know that they will not have the easiest time recruiting others.

Everything sounds amazing when you talk about it but get back to reality and try to understand that it is really not.

Hype, marketing tactics, and more hype is all you’re getting here, so please be careful or you might just be cash gifting someone who is “trying to help”.

Final Verdict: Not Recommended

Programs like this will always come and go and that’s just how it is.

People flock (because who doesn’t want to make money?) from something like this and then to the next best thing, before that one crashes, leaving you no choice but to go to whatever you think is going to make you money.

In the end, the only real winners will be the ones who are better at promoting hype as that is all you are really selling with BTC 1 UP.

I like to look at this as “the rat race of the make money online world”.

For 99% of you getting involved with sites like this, you really can not afford to “pass up” on anything, no matter how good it sounds.

Hype and more hype is all we have here, with the top recruiters benefitting the most.

I wouldn’t say that this is exactly a scam, but we all know that this is nothing more than a recruiting based program that has no real product.

Recruiting is the name of the game and I will rather have you join some MLM like Melaleuca before I tell you to put even $10 into something like BTC 1 Up.

What I Really Think

Too many people are involved with sites like this and it’s actually really sad.

Some have been jumping around for years and still have nothing to show for, all while still at that 9-5 that is supporting all these little programs.

So when people ask me how in the world can I make money consistently, I will always start off with telling them to stay away from programs like BTC 1 UP, or they will never make a real income online.

If you want to make money online the right way, it is going to require the same amount of work you would to build any business, but it also starts with the right program.

When a program starts off with something like “want to make $10,000 over and over again?” or something like that, you need to just pretend you never saw it or you will be doing nothing but trying to sell the same exact thing you just joined.

For me, it took a program called the Wealthy Affiliate to show me how to build a solid and consistent income online (without recruiting) and I am proud to say that I have been working full-time from home for the past 4 years all thanks to them.

So if you are looking to get out of this online rat race, that is going to be your best bet.

Other than that, you can join BTC 1 UP and try to recruit all your so called friends on Facebook but I can promise you that it will not last.

Thanks for reading my BTC 1 UP review and hopefully I have given you the best understanding of how this site really works as I’m sure you were beyond confused.

If for some reason you are still confused about anything, feel free to leave your questions in the comments section below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Until next time, be scam smart, and remember to always do your research.

Cheers!
