I wanted to give my personal opinion on this Work At Home United website, because it was something that caught me off guard and leaves not much information to anyone wanting to join
In my Work At Home United review, you will finally figure out what everything is about and ultimately if it is a scam or a legitimate company.
I am not affiliated with them, but I do have a history with the actual product, which I will be getting to here soon.
So if you are looking for more information on a one page site that leaves you confused, here it is.
Work At Home United Review
Name: Work At Home United
Website: www.workathomeunited.com
Price to join: Not mentioned
Type: MLM
Overall Rating: 1.5/5 stars
Work At Home United Overview
So a little about the homepage and the actual site.
It doesn’t really SAY what you will be getting when you sign up or what they have to offer, besides some of the benefits that you will gain if you decide to sign up to their website.
They also offer coaching, personalized websites, team support, global marketing potential, along with a 100% guarantee!
What I don’t like is that you aren’t actually being told how things work, what you’ll be doing, or how much you will be paying on the other side of the page.
So basically the front page is a pre-sell to MAKE people put their email address in and see what it has to offer.
About Work At Home United
So after a little digging around I found some information about them and it actually surprised me.
Work At Home United was created by another company who also runs an MLM program, which is called Melaleuca.
But at Work At Home United, they focus on capturing your email address and other contact information, so that they can contact you later, via telephone call.
They then pitch to you over and over again until you finally give in to them and join the company.
At least that’s the plan.
What’s funny? The message is actually a pre-recorded one that gives you an insight into their company and how you will be making money with them.
The entire phone conference goes for over 30 minutes.
The phone message is really only the same thing over and over again, but in different words.
It is a marketing tactic to lull you into submission. So basically they use all that time to try and convince you into joining.
This is also an MLM program, I just found out, so it’s a “business” opportunity…so they say.
There is NO compensation plan, so you are constantly trying to pitch the products onto friends and family as you look like a desperate spammer.
If you recruit people into the same system, you have to teach them yourself how to sell the products.
The Products
They do offer products on the website that you can use and sell yourself.
And that’s why they have the MLM side of the website, because of these products are what they offer to their customers.
These are mostly eco-friendly household products, health products, and cleansing products that are all overpriced.
I find them to be very “diluted” and not to my liking.
And yes, I was a member of Melaleuca back in the day until I found myself getting overstocked on products that I didn’t even like.
So is Work at Home United MLM?
It is a little different to other MLM systems simply because this is a hub for one of Melaleuca’s teams in which they use to build the main product.
WAHU actually recruits you by giving you a phone call, and they focus more on selling the products more than getting you to recruit people.
But the problem I have with MLM programs is that only 1% of the members will manage to make a solid, consistent income from it.
And these are the ones that are at the top, the members who get in there before everyone else and gets ahead of the game.
Every newbie who joins an MLM program struggle immensely trying to recruit people into the same system and is also the same reason why affiliate marketing will always beat MLM.
Who Work At Home United Is For
I would not recommend this website to anyone, even though the testimonials seem convincing, they are most likely from the loyal members that have been in it for a long time, or completely fake.
Many people are saying that it’s like a cult, like AMWAY was.
Because they have your phone number, email address, and others, it’s incredibly hard to get out of unless you change all of them.
I would steer clear from this website at all costs and most especially DO NOT give out any information if you haven’t already.
These are old school marketing tactics and it can be irritating if you give away something you didn’t know could hurt you in the long run.
Your information.
Pricing & Purchase Details
To join this system is not specified anywhere on the website, you can only find out once you put all your contact information in (which I DON’T recommend).
They don’t say anything about the income potential either, and that’s because you are left with a few benefits that you will gain as soon as you join their system via the phone call.
The conference call is over 30 minutes long, you then decide if you want to join them or not, so be expecting that if you filled out that little form.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- To sign up and listen to the conference call is free, there is no credit card required
- This website puts an emphasis on selling the products, at least it’s not a pyramid scheme like most other MLMs
Cons
- Because they have all your contact information, they will try everything they can to get you to sign up, even after you refuse it in the first conference call
- The entire system is like a cult, a large amount of really loyal members who have nothing but nice things to say about it
- It is not a work at home opportunity that you should get in to, the prices of the products are incredibly overpriced, and you can get them at your local supermarket anyway, even cheaper!
So is Work At Home United a Scam?
Not a scam but something you might want to be careful with.
Work at Home United is legit, but probably going to make you lose some family and friends along the way.
With a very high failure rate (97%), it’s clear to see that only a few people are making all of the money, while everyone at the bottom feeds them.
I’m not against it, but that’s just how it is.
What I Recommend
MLM will always be MLM and there will always be little teams that go out there to promote them so that they can come up with their own marketing strategies and whatnot.
“Team no sleep”
“Team WUKAR”
Every company has their teams and these guys are nothing different.
When someone asks me what I recommend it’s always going to be to CREATE YOUR OWN ONLINE BUSINESS.
Recruiting based businesses are cool and all but I don’t agree with the model even if I was apart of a couple of them in my career.
Read more here to see what I recommend, rather than pushing everything up a pyramid style business, making other people rich.
By far the best business out there for anyone looking to get out of the rat race as well as do something that won’t irritate your family and friends.
I mean, who really wants to hear about your latest and greatest lotions and potions business?
Not many people can say yes, but definitely want to make money in the most legitimate way possible and I’m sure you can agree.
Anyways, thanks for reading my Work at Home United review and hopefully I have given you more than enough information than you came for.
Thanks for reading!

A Work at Home Jobs
Thank you, I appreciate you sharing more information about this company. I am sure it is good for some people but I am not nor have I ever been interested in MLM. You saved me an annoying phone call and 30 minutes I can use on something else more productive.
Thanks!
Not a problem Gary! Did you find anything that works for you?
Products are not overpriced if you are a member. They cost less than supermarket prices, but you have to order every month which is not a problem because my family takes a shower, brushes our teeth and cleans our house every day. We even love their workout products. So as a business hard to work, I would agree, but as a customer, I love the company, 13 years and counting and yes I do receive residual income every month because as I said I love their products.
People do your own research! This guy havent a clue!
