Valentus Review: Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?

January 6, 2017 //  by John

Valentus is the latest and greatest coffee based multilevel marketing business to hit the streets and most especially the online world. It helps with weight-loss and offers you the opportunity to make some money through your recruiting efforts.

In this Valentus review I want to give you more than what the company about and ultimately my final opinion on the coffee and the business model.

Although MLM might not be for everyone, let me break it down so that you can decide on whether or not this is going to be the coffee that will change your life forever.

Valentus Review

Name: Valentus

Owner: Dave Jordan

Website: www.valentus.com

Price: $59.95 (starting)

Type of Business: MLM

Overall Rating: 2/5 stars

What is Valentus?

Valentus is a coffee based multilevel marketing company that uses weight-loss and coffee as it’s niche and product of choice.

It was founded by Dave Jordan, who is no stranger to network marketing and is now the CEO of his very own company.

The word Valentus is actually the latin form, which means “prevail” and is defined to be superior in strength, power, and influence.

Who Valentus is For

Of course this isn’t going to be for everyone especially with the pyramid style of a business that comes with the multilevel marketing arena.

This is the perfect product for anyone looking to do the whole recruiting gig and of course drinks coffee at the very least.

I’m sure there are people promoting this that doesn’t even drink coffee, but that just makes zero sense.

So if you have a strong interest in telling others about your latest and greatest coffee business, this might just be the right one.

Or not.

The Products

Valentus offers instant coffee which of course is going to come with caffeine, but with a twist. There is a weight-loss ingredient that will help you do just that.

There are companies like Organo Gold and Vidacup that have had the same products, but the hype has now died down, with Vidacup actually getting closed down for business.

I was actually apart of Vidacup and I really did think I found a golden nugget, up until I got the coffee and started passing out samples.

From super excited to, what in the world did I get myself into.

With Valentus, I can almost guarantee you that it is very much similar and the main focus will always be on recruiting rather than their products.

Now if you do decide to join, you can expect to get the Prevail product lineup, which you will see below.

Prevail Slim Roast

  • Helps control appetite to lose weight
  • Helps promote Healthy Brain Function
  • Supposedly tastes amazing

Prevail Energy

  • Boosts energy
  • Lasts for hours

Prevail Immune Boost

  • Antioxidants
  • Supports a healthy immune system
  • Vitamins and minerals

Prevail Trim

  • Proprietary formula
  • Manage healthy weight
  • All natural

In order to get any of these products you can either order as a preferred customer or you can become and independent representative (IR), which of course allows you to participate in the network marketing side of things.

The Price

To get started with Valentus you can choose from 3 different options. You can purchase just the beverages or you can become an IR by tagging on an extra $20, which will be a one time fee.

The lowest pack is going to cost you $59.95 and the largest pack costing $199.95

  • Option 1: Costs $59.95 and comes with 1 box of beverages (24 packets)
  • Option 2: Costs $129.95 and comes with 3 boxes (24 packets per box)
  • Option 3: Costs $199.95 and comes with 6 boxes (24 packets per box)
  • Option 4a: Costs $499.95 and comes with 17 boxes and their 12in24 diet plan
  • Option 4b: Costs $499.95 and comes with 16 boxes

You also get to mix and match different boxes and they don’t need to be one specific type of beverage.

Option 4 also moves you to the rank of Ruby for any of you that want to fast track your business.

The Valentus Compensation Plan

If you’re interested in knowing what you get it Jill signs Joe and Joe signs Jim, this is where that happens.

For everything you sell from Valentus you can expect to get 25% worth of commissions for your efforts.

There are also a bunch of cash bonuses as well as a vehicle bonus that companies like Kyani are using as an incentive.

You also need to reach 50BV (Business Volume) in order to qualify as an Independent Representative and this is equivalent to 1 box of beverages.

Payments are made every week so that’s something to look forward to.

Now I can sit here and explain this to you, but that would be a complete waste of time.

There’s a complete PDF on all this, so you can check that out here to see exactly what to expect through the many levels of recruiting.

Valentus at a Glance

Name: Valentus

Price: $59.95 to get started (only to purchase products)

Overall Rating: 50/50

I’m not the biggest MLM fan and we all know that this is not for everyone. If you’re into the whole recruiting type of business then this may or may not be for you.

Especially if you don’t drink coffee.

So is Valentus a Scam?

If I was to say that this is a scam then I’d have to call Amway and all the other MLMs with actual products a scam.

You might not agree with the way things are done here, but it is what it is and there is no stopping it.

Just do know that you will be required to recruit other people in order to make money and that’s about it.

If you can understand that much then by all means

Personally, it’s really hard for me to trust a product that has coffee and weight-loss attached to it.

My experience with Vidacup left a bad taste in my mouth and I think I’ve learned my lesson with that company alone.

Do I Recommend Valentus?

I used to think that coffee + MLM was the perfect formula, but I think most people would still rather pick up some coffee at Starbucks rather than use some instant coffee.

The whole instant coffee had its run, but I think it’s back to actual coffee shops again.

The price is not going to be cheap either, so it’s not going to be as easy selling instant coffee as it seems.

I’ve joined about 5 MLMs in my life and although I’ve had success with a couple of them, it’s really hard for me to join another one after the company just shutdown and left its members with nothing.

Nothing is guaranteed with MLM and even if you did put in the work and recruited people like crazy, you could lose everything overnight.

Not cool.

This is also the same reason whyI think affiliate marketing will always beat MLM.

I wouldn’t recommend this, but that doesn’t mean it’s not for you so do go with your gut on this one.

What I Really Think

If you’re like me and you just want to find a way to make some money without having to recruit anyone, you might want to check this out.

That program right there is not only what got me out of the hunt for the perfect MLM, but it also got me out of my j-o-b and now I work from home full-time.

No more recruiting and no more being away from my family.

That is exactly how you run an online business and I recommend it over anything you’ve ever seen as far as making money from home is concerned.

Other than that, thanks for reading my Valentus review!

I hope you’ve found all the information that you need and hopefully you can make a better decision from it.

If you have any questions or if you have any experience with the coffee, please do share them in the comments section below.

Cheers!
