I’m sure there are many questions about this program so I figured I’d do a Ryna Holdings review for those of you who are seriously thinking about investing that hard earned money of yours.
Is this a legit site that will make you money or is this just another scam that will eventually get shutdown like Digital Altitude?
With the many so called “opportunities” on the net these days, especially those trying to bank off of the crypto currency hype, what and who can you really trust.
Will this one actually be different than all the Bitcoin ponzi schemes out there or is this just another one that makes its money from the investment of its members?
Let’s dig a little deeper to see what this site is really about even though this company has ponzi scheme written all over it.

Product Overview
Ryna holdings is a site that claims to make you money with an investment due to their trading and mining of crypto currencies, stocks, and forex.
There is no indication as to who owns or runs the site and there is also no proof that they make any money through any type of trading or mining.
The Products
There are no tangible products that come with Ryna Holdings but rather a membership that allows you to invest in their “packages” as well as partake in their recruiting based compensation plan.
However, just like the many other Bitcoin MLMs out there, they claim to have some mining going on behind the scenes, but that of course is nothing but a cover up as to what is really happening.
I mean, why would anyone need your money if they were already making money through mining or trading?
If you can understand that much when it comes to these programs, you can very much dodge scams a lot easier than most, so don’t let the dollar signs take over or you might just become another contributing statistic that will eventually lose.
How Ryna Holdings Works
There is one main way that this site makes its money and that is definitely not through mining or trading, but rather through some good old recruiting.
By offering bonuses and incentives, you can make more money by introducing others to the site, which is the same way they are able to keep things going.
With a basic revenue sharing software to have funds evenly distributed along with a 12 month ROI, they are able to pay everyone daily, to keep them active on the site and actively recruiting others, buying them time so that others can join in and pay everyone else.
By doing this at such a fair pace, it leaves room for “proof of income”, which will entice others to throw money in because of course they want to make money daily.
What most don’t understand is the fact that it will take at least 30 days before you even see your initial investment, so don’t let all these screenshots of others make you think that they are rich.
The minute all the hype dies down, you can expect earnings to slow down and then they will come up with some excuse as to why that is happening when it’s really because no one is joining.
But Can You Make Money?
You sure can.
As long as you get in while others are still joining, you can very much make a profit.
What you need to understand is that you will need to make a huge investment in order to make it worth anything, which is what those that get in early do.
They come in right when it launches, make as much money as they can from everyone else that just doesn’t know any better and then pull out their money.
Once this program dries up, everyone will flock to the next best thing and that’s the same cycle most people follow that are involved with these high yield investment programs.
Now that we know that this program is nothing but a ponzi scheme that shares the revenue from everyone who joins and not through mining and trading, I also want to assure you that this will not pay you forever.
I have done this in the past but thanks to this program, I no longer have to hope and pray that this never ends.
It’s Only a Matter of Time Before They Stop Paying
I know we all want these types of schemes to last, especially when we’re already in profit but there is just no way.
Even if the owner has every intention of making it last forever, it’s really just a matter of time before this thing disappears.
Just like when My Paying Ads was doing so great for a whole year strong and then bam!
They stopped paying and up until this day, the owner is still trying to pay those that ended up losing money.
All that will keep this site afloat is by everyone bringing in others so that there can be new funds to distribute with everyone else, so once that stops, everything will collapse.

The Price
There are 3 packages that you can buy into, with each one giving you a different return on your investment.
- 1 Year Basic – $10 – $1,000
- 1 Year Top Package – $1,001 – $5,000
- 1 Year Ultimate Package – $5,001 – $30,000
In the basic package you can get up to 329% of your investment and in the top package you can get up to 475%.
The Ultimate Package will get you 620% of your investment, and yes, there are people that put in thousands of dollars into sites like this.
This is just what you will make for your investment but of course you are able to make more money by inviting others to Ryna Holdings.
The Compensation Plan
Ryna Holdings has an affiliate program in place that comes in the form of ranks, which also decides how much you can make by sharing the program.
They try and call it careers to make it sound legit but it’s really nothing more than a pyramid style comp plan, which you would find with any other multilevel marketing business.
If you see in the screenshot below, you will see that it goes as far as 9 levels deep, meaning that you can make money from your referral’s referrals all the way to the 9th person.
To become qualified for commissions you are required to make a minimum investment of $10 as well as group volume for anything past the first two levels.
- Shareholder -Personal deposit of $10 with no group volume requirement
- Bronze Director -Personal deposit of $10 with a team turnover of $1,000
- Silver Director -Personal deposit of $50 with a team turnover of $3,000
- Gold Director -Personal deposit of $300 with a team turnover of $10,000
- Platinum Director – Personal deposit of $1,000 with a team turnover of $30,000
- Bronze President – Personal deposit of $2,500 with a team turnover of $100,000
- Silver President – Personal deposit of $5,000 with a team turnover of $500,000
- Gold President – Personal deposit of $15,000 with a team turnover of $1,000,000
- Platinum President – Personal deposit of $25,000 with a team turnover of $3,000,000
To qualify for any of these ranks you will need to make that minimum deposit and have everyone that you brought in under you make the minimum amount in order for you to qualify for that next rank.
By fulfilling any of the ranks above, you are then entitled to their bonuses.
- Shareholder unlocks level 1 (earns you 7% commissions) and level 2 (4% commissions) with no bonus
- Bronze Director – $75 + level 3 unlocked earning you 3% commissions from that level
- Silver Director – $250 + level 4 unlocked earning you 2% commissions from that level

This is just another way to have you recruit others but no matter what anyone tries to do, these types of programs will ALWAYS come to an end.

Definitely not a program you want to get involved with no matter how awesome everything sounds.
There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of programs like this that come and go every single day and not a single one of them are a legit program nor will they last.
The only way these types of sites stay alive is by having it run outside of the US and come up with a reason as to how they are making their money.
Once the whole advertising gig died, everyone has turned to crypto currency simply because they are not tracked and they are able to pay its members.
Back when these types of sites started, Paypal and other payment processors stopped doing business with them because well, they are flat out ponzi schemes.
With digital currency, anyone and everyone can make all types of transfers without anyone getting in the way.
Most people who have invested in this will not like what I have to say but I’m sure they know it’s the truth.
Conclusion
At the end of all this nonsense someone will always lose and it is always going to be those that are looking for a legitimate way to make money online.
Making money online is truly a wonderful thing but get involved with one of these ponzi schemes and you will end up losing.
It will then leave you looking for the next best thing and the process will repeat itself.
The real winners of these sites will always be the owner (who is hiding) but that my friend will only be temporary.
Once everything slows down, everyone will then try to go after the owner but it will always be too late unless they are in the US.
I have seen too many people lose money to these types of scams so please, please think really hard about this before even putting in a single penny.
