Were you introduced to a revenue sharing website that claims to make you money by simply clicking on ads?
It’s very hard to find information on this type of “business” as it is a very secretive type of thing, while it gets mixed up with the actual revenue sharing that people are doing in the real world.
As an individual looking to make money online, revenue sharing is one of the most popular methods simply because they are being created faster than they disappear.
This post will clarify any doubt you may have and will also give you all the facts before joining something that might not work for you.
So What is Revenue Sharing?
In regards to all the get paid to click ads revenue sharing programs, this is nothing more than a platform used to share money that new people bring into the business.
Advertising is used as its product, but that is nothing more than a way to one, have some type of product so people feel they’re actually buying something, and two, not get shutdown for being some ponzi scheme.
How it Works
Revenue sharing all starts with the purchase of an “ad pack” although they are usually completely free to join.
Once that is completed, you are now eligible to start earning revenue.
How you may ask?
Well, money is generated through new members that purchase these ad packs, which in turn gets distributed to everyone using a specific software dedicated to distributing the funds equally.
Along with the software, you can usually get a website that also comes equipped to start doing some revenue sharing, as there are website themes that are ready to run without any special programming.
Can You Really Make Money?
You sure can.
The program is pretty much ran off of recruiting other people so there’s an incentive (usually a 10% commission) for bringing other people into the program.
This is probably the same way you were introduced to this business and I’m sure you see exactly how these programs operate and also why they are not guaranteed to last.
No Revenue Sharing Program Will Ever Last
With the recent crash of the biggest revenue sharing site out there (My Paying Ads), it is very hard to find one that will even come close to the almost two years that that site has been around for.
No matter what any revenue sharing owner or admin tells you about having the perfect formula for long term success, do know that not a single one of these sites will last.
Period.
What to Lookout For
Revenue sharing is a very, very risky business and something you need to be careful with or you will not come out winning.
There are no guarantees so don’t expect to even make your seed money (initial deposit) back if things go downhill faster than when you joined.
There are no refunds.
Back when revenue sharing owners started trying to make these sites last, Paypal used to do business with them until they found out exactly how they operate.
People used to get their money back by submitting a case to Paypal, but you will not see a single revenue sharing program that uses Paypal as a payment processor, so don’t be expecting to use it.
Along with all of this, you will not be in profit for at lest one month, so don’t think you’ll be getting your investment back as soon as you make the deposit.
It does take time and also a bigger investment to make it worthwhile.
So if you’re thinking about putting in $20 and making a killing in a month, you might want to go tell your boss how much you love them because you are not going to make anything to brag about.
The heavy hitters in revenue sharing put in at least $1,000 because they know exactly how these things work.
They’ll be in profit before anyone else so they don’t care if the site gets shutdown.
If you’re not “in the know”, you can expect to be one of those that are doing nothing but paying the ones that have been in the game for awhile.
Is Revenue Sharing Legal?
Sure it is, but it doesn’t fly with online merchants as it is not a legitimate business in their eyes.
Revenue sharing has taken a new shape with many owners trying to cash in on the many looking for ways to make money online.
As far as it being legal, there is a very fine line and also why almost all the owners of these sites are operating from a country outside of the US.
Try running a revenue sharing site within the US and you will see yourself at court fighting a case just like the owner of Traffic Monsoon did.
The Job of a “RevSharer”
Everyone wants to make money and a lot of the time you want to make it with the least amount of work possible.
In the real world it’s really nonexistent but in the online world, revenue sharing is going to be as easy as it gets.
To qualify for making money you will also need to click on some ads and usually it’s 10 with the odd one having a little less.
By clicking the required amount of ads, you now have opened the gates to making money within the next 24 hours.
Once time is up, your earnings will stop until you click on another set of ads.
Personally, I have joined about 4 revenue sharing sites and actually put in at least $1,000 and only because I knew the people who got in early.
Useless Advertising
If someone told you how amazing the advertising is with revenue sharing, do know that they are a bunch of liars.
Not a single person joins this site to advertise their products as everyone is on these sites to click on their share of ads so that they can make money.
Revenue sharing is about making money, not advertising even if that’s their so called “product”.
Conclusion
You can definitely make money if you get in early, but once people stop joining, do expect your earnings to stop, causing its members to panic and withdraw all their money before they lose.
Then you’ll have the same people who told you how amazing revenue sharing was be one of those complaining that they want their money back.
So for those of you out there that try to argue with me, please remember that I have made thousands of dollars in revenue sharing and I do know a lot more than the average bear.
Before you join any revenue sharing programs, remember exactly what was said in this post and you should be good to go.
Don’t be desperate as there are better ways to make money online.
It might not come as easy as clicking on 10 ads, but I can promise you that there is a lot of money to be made online regardless.
Thanks for reading and I hope you have learned a thing or two on what revenue sharing really is.
Be scam smart and always, always do your research.
Cheers!
