Own Matrix Review
This is the latest and greatest MLM to cross my path and with nothing but positive reviews in my face I thought I’d do my own research and let everyone know if this is a scam or not.
For $7, I thought that was a fair enough price to give the One Ten Method a try. Sound too good to be true? Read further into this review and see exactly what you get for seven buckaroos.
What is the One Ten Method?
This program is ran off of the Online Wealth Network (OWN), which can be found at ownmatrix.com. It is a multilevel marketing business, which most would consider a pyramid scheme, but with all the hype that comes with any MLM, I had to dig a little deeper.
Who This is For
This program is for the completely clueless. Just like you, I was curious as to what seven bucks could get me and lone behold, there was an immediate up-sell.
Can you say nothing but hype? That’s what this program is all about and I already wanted to cancel my “membership” as soon as I got to the “let’s hurry up and buy the bronze package” video. I can not stand this crap!
The Low Down of the One Ten Method
When you get into the program for $7, you will NEED to follow 3 steps. The first step is going to be another video with nothing but hype.
The second step is where I got nothing but irritated, because of the almost immediate up-sell that followed the $7. If you’re new to any make money from home program, you will know what I’m talking about.
Anyways, you will then need to signup through your sponsor’s link (how they get paid), which will direct you to a site called Incomeoutloud.com.
Once you get there, you will need to “ride the wave” and join this program. Here you will have 3 different options, all of which come with a monthly fee and the option to include the reseller program for $10 more.

Yup, $7 Was too Good to Be True
I was going to try and get a refund, but $7 was the perfect price to get anyone (regardless of income) to give the One Ten Method a try.
Before you can even learn anything (besides how great the program is), you will immediately have to purchase into their “partner” program, which is going to cost you $39.99/month minimum.
If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it has to be these little prices that do nothing but get you in the door. I mean, what are you really getting for $7? Absolutely nothing!
The Pros & Cons
Just like anything out there (well most of them), there are some things you like about something and there are also other things you can’t stand. The One Ten Method is no different
What I liked
I actually like the fact that you can make money with this. Just like any other MLM out there, they offer you the chance to make some money with them
I also liked that it isn’t going to cost you an arm and a leg to join the program, which is always a good thing.
What I Didn’t Like
First of all, I am not a fan of any MLM business. Call me biased, but all MLMs are the same and it is going to require you to recruit others into the business. No one signs up, no one gets paid.
I don’t care how good of a compensation plan it has, you will need to recruit others to benefit from it. If you’re not good at recruiting, not even these training videos will make you as good as the people at the top.
Not sustainable. Just like a company called Wake Up Now that just got shutdown, this is not the exception. If no one is joining and things don’t go as planned, then guess what? It’s time to throw in the towel. Now tell me where that leaves you?
All MLMs are nothing but hype. You have the amazing testimonials of how good people are doing with this business, but it is nothing but a way to get you to join. If you look at any company’s income disclaimer, you will see that over 90% of its members are not even making any money.
The thing about income disclaimers is that they are mandatory for all MLMs. To see past the hype, all you have to do is go to their income disclaimer and you will see how not everyone can make that type of money.

I really can’t stand up-sells. This is nothing but a lie to tell someone that they can get in and do this and do that for only $7 and then have them have other costs to add to their debt. This my friend, is very unnecessary and is what will deter most members.
Why You Need to Dodge This One
The products with this program are not going to keep this program alive. Unlike businesses like Amway, there is no tangible product. What could you possibly tell your downlines about the program? That it works? I don’t think so.
Did I mention hype? Just like all the other “businesses” in its kind, they all come with the crazy screenshots and testimonials. These are nothing but a way to get you in and nothing else. These guys are good at what they do and it is not very likely that you will do the same.

Final Verdict: Scam! This program is nothing but hype and will leave nothing but a bunch of unhappy campers. Without an actual product, I do not recommend this program.
In the End, it is Completely Up To You
Multilevel marketing is just not for everyone and that is the flat out truth. If you are good at recruiting people, then I suggest you try promoting something with an actual product.
I rarely recommend any MLM, simply because I have seen way too many of them get shutdown for various reasons. Either they go bankrupt or they get caught for being a pyramid scheme. There’s just too many things against them, for me to tell you to pull the trigger.
If you really want to make money from home without the recruiting nonsense, you need to try the Wealthy Affiliate. This is by far the best work form home opportunity out there and I can vouch for that.
With programs like this, you will always have those that love it (its members) and those that can’t stand them (those members that aren’t making money). I will never hear the end of it either way, but this is just my honest opinion.
I hope this review of the One Ten Method will give you a better understanding of what you are about to get yourself into and hopefully you can make a better decision. To whatever it is you decide, I wish you the best!

A Work at Home Jobs
I really like your reviews because you focus on the product – as if is there a product. Quite frankly, you are the closest that I can find that does an honest review (even if you are quite biased against mlm’s). By the way, doesn’t Wealthy Affiliate have upsells? Or do you get in with just one product with nothing else to buy ever…
I am definitely honest with my reviews and I try not to leave anything out. I may be a little biased against MLMs, it’s only because I’ve had a lot of experience with them and have had to jump ship twice because the business got shutdown. Building a multilevel marketing business is not easy, so to see all your work go down the drain for either greed or bankruptcy is not cool man. If it wasn’t for affiliate marketing, I would still be doing MLM because I can’t see myself going back to a regular job. Wealthy Affiliate is completely legit and shows you how to build your own business and has no up-sells whatsoever. What exactly is it that you are looking for or what program are you currently involve with Craig?
