Essential Oils are definitely the in thing, yet I really don’t get how people can be so into something so simple.
Well actually I do.
One, they are a natural remedy for certain things and then two, people are actually making money
I am with a company called Melaleuca but I almost never place an order for essential oils as I just find no use for them.
However, my other half thinks they are quite the product.
As far as what can be made from these oils, I think you will have
First, I have had my share with MLMs and most especially essential oils.
Secondly, I make money online selling other people’s products and I could very much sell essential oils if I wanted to.
1. Become an Affiliate Marketer
This is the absolute best way for anyone to make money with essential oils and one I would recommend to anyone looking to flat out make money online.
Affiliate marketing is nothing more than becoming a partner with someone (Amazon, Ebay, Clickbank, etc.) and selling their products to make a commission.
The best part about doing this unique business is that you don’t need a lot of money to get started and the income potential is through the roof.
However, this will require more work on your part, so keep that in mind if you are considering this as a way to make money with essential oils.
This business model requires a website and depending on your approach, you will need to create content, do some advertising, and do a lot of learning and understanding before any money starts happening.

2. Create Your Own Blog
If you simply have your share of essential oils that you want to sell out of your house, you can do so by creating your very own blog.
“Jill’s essential oils blog”.
That blog can very much grab the right target market from which you can sell your products and is another way that affiliate marketing is conducted.
Now if you are with some network marketing company, then you can very much make more sales by simply building your website around “essential oils”, and get people interested in that same product, so you can sell it to them.
Either way, a blog is really a great way to make money with anything on the internet and as a business owner, I think you NEED one.
3. Network Marketing
This is the most popular way that people are making money with essential oils and there are also many companies to choose from.
The two hottest ones are Young Living and Doterra, so you might want to check them out if this is a route you might want to take.
Most people are not a fan of direct selling or network marketing but if you are really into essential oils, this is actually a really good way to get products and make money in the process.
With all the hype and people looking to get their hands on some quality oils, you can possibly be their next up-line.
4. Drop Shipping
This method requires a bit of an investment so you definitely need to have some money if you want to sell essential oils this way.
The thing about this method is that just like affiliate marketing, you don’t need to own your own products.
However, this way requires a lot more work and involves actual shipping on your part but not in a way that you’re thinking.
As a drop shipper, you are nothing more than a middle man that buys low and sells high to make a profit.
Very much like flipping and yes it is very much legal.
See the diagram below to see how this method works as it is definitely a great business to run as you don’t need a warehouse or any real space to store your products as they almost never get in your possession.
First, you will need an actual website for any of this to work.
You will then become a drop shipping partner with sites like Alibaba or any other company that you can buy products from at a much lower price than you would if you were to buy it at retail value.
Companies give drop shippers products at wholesale prices, so don’t worry about having to work really hard just to turn a profit.
By getting traffic to your drop shipping site (that will have products), a visitor will “purchase” a product and then you take that money your customer used and you will make the purchase as well as have it shipped to their address, straight from that drop shipping site.
The whole idea is to make a profit through every transaction without having to ever have any products in your possession.
However, there comes a time where a customer returns the product from which you can return to the merchant or you can keep it for yours.
This is probably the only downside to drop shipping but is very much worth it in the end.
If this is something you might be interested in, I recommend a site called Oberlo, which automates a lot of the process.
Populate your site with products and do everything with the training and platform that they have to offer.
Be aware that you will need an advertising budget if you want to get traffic as this isn’t going to work like how an actual blog does.
5.) Social Media
I can not tell you how crazy social media is with any and every type of MLM product you can think of.
Facebook was once the most popular but everyone and their mothers are turning to Instagram, which would be my #1 recommendation for anyone who is looking to market their products and/or business.
With some quality training on Instagram marketing, there is just too much potential for you to make a lot of money promoting essential oils on that medium alone.
If you search the little hash tag section on any social media site you will get thousands upon thousands of promotions on different things that you can be doing as well.
Conclusion
The internet gives us so much potential to do a lot of things and getting your products and service out there is a lot easier than it used to be.
If you are not taking advantage of what the world wide web really has to offer, today would be a great time to partake in something that people like myself use to make our livings.
