Uvioo Review – Can You Really Make Money Sharing Videos?

February 24, 2017 //  by John

If you’re wondering if this is a scam or something legit, then this Uvioo review is for you.

Sure we all want to make money online but with the thousands of “ways to make money online” it’s really hard to tell which ones actually work.

In most cases, it always comes down to recruiting other people into some MLM ponzi scheme but making money sharing videos?

Like anything else out there, I was skeptical and didn’t dive in headfirst without doing my research.

Let me just explain everything this site is and is not within this review so that you can understand exactly how everything works here.

Uvioo Review

Name: Uvioo

Website: www.uvioo.com

Owner: Unknown

Price to join: Free + $27 per month or $97 per year for pro membership

Overall Rating: 1/5 stars

About Uvioo

The Uvioo website is registered privately and there’s absolutely no way to tell who the owners are and where the website is operating from.

Most of the time when these types of systems hide their information, it’s because they have been caught before (previous scams) or they plan on scamming.

It doesn’t matter what the reasons are, it’s never a good sign when a site owner is not upfront about owning something.

The website has been going since 18 October, 2010 and their claim of being “one of the fastest growing websites in the world” just doesn’t match.

7 years and only 150,000 members?

Hmmm…

Uvioo Overview

Now that you know a little more about the owners (err…or not), let’s see how this system works.

The “how it works” page gives you a very unclear understanding of how it actually works and that immediately drew some red flags.

Supposedly you can earn money JUST from sharing YouTube videos, then you can get paid instantly!

WHAAAT?

That’s correct.

They claim that you can “Earn $ right away on every video shared!”.

Furthermore, the more views those videos get (the ones you shared), the more money you can make.

They say if one of those videos go viral, you could be making money for weeks and even months to come – as long as the video you shared keeps getting shares – because obviously that results in views.

How Do You Make Money & How Much Can You Earn?

So YouTube channel owners will share their videos to Uvioo to boost their views.

However, video owners have to pay the owner of Uvioo FIRST, before it can be shown on Uvioo and get their views boosted up.

And that’s where you come in.

You share the videos and increase the reach of the video and make the views go up.

The more views you can get on the videos, the more money you make.

You earn $0.10 cents per video shared.

You can only share their videos to social media platforms – the ones listed – otherwise you won’t be credited your earnings.

Different ways To Earn

  • Paid To Share – As mentioned above, you can earn $0.10 cents per video shared from Uvioo
  • Paid Every View – Another way to earn is by being paid for every view. So you don’t earn anything from the initial share, but the more views it gets, the more money you make
  • Promote Uvioo – You can get paid for EVERY member that signs up under you and into the system
  • Referrals Upgrade – One other way you can earn money is by promoting the Uvioo website and earning a commission on your downline when they upgrade their membership (earn up to $40 for every upgrade)

Scam Alert

There’s a large number complaints about Uvioo and for a very good reason at that.

People have not been paid, even though they so bluntly put “Share any YouTube video and instantly make money” right in plain sight on their home page.

I’ve also just found out that the owners ARE paying, but not more than what the members are putting into the system.

What does this mean? Simply put, they love the paying members and video owners, but they treat the freebie seekers (the video sharers) like dirt.

If you put $97 into Uvioo to upgrade, you’ll only get like $30 back when you try and withdraw all your earnings, sometimes even less than that.

They do this to make it look like you’re actually making money from them, but in reality, they are making money from YOU… and video owners of course – because that’s who they care about the most, since they are the ones giving them money after all.

Not to mention the minimum threshold is $100 and They do not have ANY intention of paying their members.

The minimum threshold is so high because people will quit a long time before they even get close to that amount.

What could the other reason be?

There is none.

And even if you do reach $100, you STILL won’t get paid.

Who Should Sign Up to Uvioo?

It works as a great video sharing site and the videos on there have pretty much gone viral.

So if you’re interested in what people are actually sharing to their friends and family (you can kill an hour or 2 with a good laugh), then this site is for you.

Other than that, don’t be expecting to quit your day job sharing videos, because you won’t be making anything close to what you had in mind.

Pricing & Purchase Details

It’s free to join and share the videos but it will take you forever to meet the minimum threshold, almost forcing you to pay the monthly membership ($27 or $97 for yearly).

As a paying member you can earn more and get to the minimum threshold a lot faster, which I’m sure you can see that this is some kind of bait to get you to pay.

Only to realize that you just put money into a system and you’re getting less back than what you just put into it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Has a bunch of cool videos

Cons

  • Your family and friends will get annoyed with you spamming social media
  • Takes way too long to meet the minimum threshold
  • You lose more money than you put in (if you decide to upgrade)
  • A very high chance you won’t get paid at all
  • Waste of time

So is Uvioo a Scam?

Not such an honest site and you can clearly see that these guys have some type of hidden agenda.

Everything is veered towards them making money and they really couldn’t care less if you made a single penny.

I’m going to stay neutral on this one and only because they have a product of some sort.

Give into this and you will end up regretting it.

Definitely not recommending this, so do go about this at your own risk.

Conclusion

Like I said, we all want to make money online and we are always going to be drawn to the “easy way out” type of programs.

I know this may sound like the best way to make a living, but did you really think you were going to make a killing doing this?

The word “viral” and the phrase “make money sharing videos” makes you think you can crack the code, but do know that this is nothing but hype.

Making money online is truly an amazing thing and I hate to break it to you, but it is going to require you to work.

If you can understand that much, you can make money online.

Get past all this hype and learn how to make money the right way.

My Recommendation

After all the searching, and joining of different programs I have found ONE site that actually works.

Everything else is either nothing but hype or some type of recruiting gig that only allows you to make money if someone else joins.

Or of course both.

If you want to make money online, you need to try a program called the Wealthy Affiliate.

No hype, no recruiting, but you will need to work.

If that’s something you can do, there is a good chance that you will actually make money online and who knows, you might just be able to quit your day job like I have.

Other than that, thanks for reading my Uvioo review and I hope that I have given you a view of the bigger picture so that you can see what this site is really about.

I wish you nothing but the best and no matter what happens, keep pushing forward as the best is yet to come.

Thanks for reading!
