Want to know if Ultimate Revshare is a scam? This review will give you an unbiased look into a very controversial program so that you can have a better understanding of what everything is about before you start investing.
You’ll always have those that praise it like it’s the best thing since sliced bread (its members) and then you’ll have those that completely dislike them because of the business model.
Personally, I am neutral when it comes to any revenue sharing type of business. In the end, you need to know what you are getting involved with before you pull the trigger, so I’d like to break it down for you so that you have no one to blame but yourself, if you don’t even make a penny in return.

What is Ultimate Revshare?
Every single revenue sharing program claims that they are not this and not that, but we all know exactly what they are.
They are very much on the HYIP side of things, but not so much on the “schemey” side of things because the owners of these sites have done everything they can to keep them afloat rather than just abandoning ship.
This is nothing more than a site that offers you a chance to make money when new people enter the site. Hence the name, “revenue sharing”.
They operate by promoting advertising services, which would be the same exact product that keeps them alive.
Who This is For
This is for anyone willing to wait and anyone looking to take a risk, as that is part of the investment opportunity that USR presents.
This is not for anyone looking to make a quick buck because that is not going to happen here. It will take a minimum of 1 month before you see any results so please keep that in mind before you jump the gun.
There are just too many people that put money in and immediately ask for a refund. Believe it or not, it happens more than you think.
DO NOT use your rent money or any type of money that you will need for the month because although you may see screenshots of people making money, just know that they have not gotten their initial investment (seed money) back.
About Those Ads
If you are looking to advertise a product of yours, this is not going to be your best bet for getting targeted viewers to your site.
Yes, you will get some type of traffic, but just do know that the people seeing your ads are the same exact people that are trying to make money, not spend it.
The whole reasoning behind the advertisements is the fact that this will literally be illegal if they didn’t have it. No product means that this is a scam, and that is how these programs are able to stay alive.
If you look at the ads, you will see that almost every single one is either promoting another revenue sharing program or some type of make money from home program.
How Money is Made
99.9% of the people involved with this are in it to make money. For the most part, you don’t even have a product to advertise and you are here mainly to make a couple of bucks.
The concept is very simple and the way you make money here is by having someone else join. If no one joins after you, then guess what? You don’t make any money. It’s as simple as that.
But, you can always make money by having someone join directly under you, which of course will give you a nice little commission.
Before You Join
If there was one thing you needed to know about Ultimate Revshare it would have to be this. Here are some of the major things you should know before you even get signed up.
- This is a very risky business
- No guarantee that you will make any money
- There are no refunds
- Advertising is not the best
- You must click on ads in order to get paid
- You make money by having other people join
- It may take over a month before you see any profits
There are just too many of you that see what is being shown on the web and automatically think that you are going to be making money right away.
Technically, you will be earning daily, but that is all going to add up to your initial investment before you start seeing any profits.
On a Positive Note
There are some good things that can come out of URS and is also something you should consider if you are looking to invest into any of the many revshares out there.
Personally, I like a program called My Paying Ads, which has been around for over a year now and is currently still paying, even with the problems Paypal created for them.
If things do go as planned and you do get into profit, you will see profit (up to $6,000) as long as the site remains active.
The life span for most is not very long, but this is one that I see has more traction than most and could possibly go for quite some time.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- Could make you money
- Trusted admin
- Solid staff
- Affordable startup
- Cap on max deposit
- Cap on Max earnings
Cons:
- Not sustainable
- Requires a decent deposit to make it worth it
- Advertising is not worth it
- Very risky
- No guarantees
- No refunds
I really like the $6,000 cap on the earnings. Usually it will only be the high rollers that cash in with these sites, so this can help those who don’t have much to invest.
So How Much is it to Join Ultimate Revshare?
Just like they say, it is actually free to join. Your free membership will not earn you money in the revenue sharing side of things, but you can still make money if you get other people to join.
However, in order to withdraw any money, you will need to pay the monthly membership fee, which is going to cost you $5 every single month. Don’t pay this and you can’t withdraw.
There are also different media packs that you can purchase which will put you into the money pool and get you to earning daily.
- Starter – $1
- Advance – $2
- Expert – $5
- Pro – $10
- VIP – $20
- Elite – $40

I am neither for or against this site. This is something that requires knowledge about everything before you get involved, whether you plan to invest or not.
Do I think it is a scam? Not so much. Yeah the process of making money is pretty shady, but I think they give you more than enough information to make a grown up decision about things.
Would I recommend it? Probably not and that is only because this will not last forever and there are better ways to make money online.
If you absolutely, positively, know that you want to invest into a revenue sharing program then this would be one of the better ones out there.
You are going at your own risk, so please don’t blame me if you don’t make any money.
Final Thoughts of Ultimate Revshare
I have had my “success” with revenue sharing and it is not the easiest thing to recommend due to the nature of how money is made.
I always recommend starting your own online business rather than promoting other people’s sites and making them most of the money, but there is a chance for you to make something.
For what it’s worth, this is exactly what you will be getting yourself involved with if you do decide to put some money into Ultimate Revshare and I hope this helps you out.
Thanks for reading my review of URS and hopefully I have given you a better understanding of what this site is really about. What do you think? Is Ultimate Revshare a Scam?
