I’m sure you have heard about these “make money taking surveys” companies, right? The promise that all these companies are looking to get the average persons input on their product and advertising and all you have to do is fill out some surveys and you are in the money!
Now how would feel about a company like this, that has been around since the 1940s? Impossible, you say?
Well, maybe their internet side has been around only since 2001, but in the scheme of things, that is still pretty darn impressive.
The Company I’m speaking of is Called MySurvey…
Just for starters, yes, they really did get their start back in 1946 with the “National Family Opinion” doing paid surveys via phone and mail. But my, how times have changed.
Now at just the click of a button and a few minutes a day, you simply fill out a survey that a company has prepared, MySurvey provides you, and you accumulate point in order to earn money and gift cards to places like Amazon with the option of PayPal transfers and over 60 different gift card options.
Now, there is a downside with a waiting period of 4 to 8 weeks to process your points into valid cash and gift cards, but from everything on various reviews it seems to be worth the wait.
There seems to be a high payout quality, yet the quantity seems to be lacking with little to no reports of anyone not being paid.
The average payout being only around $10 to $20 at best. This is most definitely not “fancy dinner” money, but at least it’s a dollar menu if you are in a pinch.
The average survey takes roughly 5 to 10 minutes to complete and each one is catered to your interest making them fun and easy to do.
They have been rated #1 on a list of 24 other sites by “getpaidsurveys.com“, yet they ranked 129 on “surveypolice.com” They have fairly decent payouts with little to no complaints, but again, they do take some time go through so don’t expect to be able to pay for a new set of tires by next week if you’ve only filled out a few surveys last Sunday.
What About Pay?
The average maximum payout that most people have is around $10 so don’t expect this to take the form of your day job.
On the upside, however, because they do not rush to pay you, that means they are also not in a rush to collect money either.
This means that they are not shoving dozens of other companies down your virtual gullet forcing you to receive thousands of emails a day just so the admins of the site can make ends meet.
This also means that the surveys themselves are not only entertaining, but well designed, well thought out, and not clustered with competing markets striving to get your attention above all others.
It really is just you and your opinions and that is exactly how they like it.
This also means…
That in order to keep taking surveys you have to keep checking in. If you fail to log in, you will fail to receive notifications of any new surveys which means less points for you which means less money.
By not having so many companies fight for every last bit of attention, MySurvey has to make sure that you are on top of what you need to do on your end, and by doing so this makes absolutely sure that you are going to contribute as much as you can in order to make you, as well as them, just that much more cash.
Conversely…
This also can lead to a lack of surveys at certain times of the year as well as survey time outs if you do not finish on time. When you work from home here you ACTUALLY do some working from home.
You may not qualify for every survey, however, unlike most survey sites, you are informed of it right away instead of wasting a good 20 minutes of your day trying to finish a questionnaire on time only to find out you don’t meet the requirements and are therefore unable to earn any points, like Paid Surveys at Home.
MySurvey cuts right to the chase and let’s you know right out of the gate what you are getting yourself into with each set of questions.
If you don’t have much time, My Survey provides you with shorter, less details surveys earning 50 to 80 points on average and taking only about 10 to 15 minutes or so to complete.
If you DO have more time, you can earn some 150 to 300 some odd points taking a survey that last 30 to 45 minutes.

In all honesty, surveys for pay is not for everyone. It really does require effort on your part and it’s not always easy, but with a company like MySurvey, it can make the process a lot less painful and actually fun to do.
They are one of THE oldest, and some would say arguably most trusted survey sites on the market today, but I still wouldn’t quit my day job if I were you.
At the average payout for a beginner being only a few bucks a week, you’d be lucky to survive off instant noodles! But, if you’ve got an hour or so to spare, you could do a lot worse than MySurvey.
