Retirement may not always be a good thing, at least because of the fact that your income gets chopped, now what does that leave you with? Some bills you wish you never had, and some mortgage that you wish wasn’t so high. Whatever the case may be, you just need some extra money to get you by. That’s why I’m going to show you some part time jobs for retirees and how this can help you with those unwanted bills.
Retirement, the Life
Most people think that when people retire it means some kind of vacation and your work stops there. In reality, most people end up with bills that they can’t afford and end up looking for something to supplement their retirement pension.
Truth is, you probably bit off more than you can chew and that rinky dink retirement paycheck is just not cutting it. So John, I’m retired, took a vacation, and now I need to worry about what’s going to happen a couple of months from now. I need more money, what do I do?
Rather than relaxing and farming or something you’re left looking for another job because everything is just too damn expensive. Not only do things cost an arm and a leg, but they keep going up! These days (for most people), retirement is not like it used to be. If I didn’t find my current job, I would’ve stayed in the military because of the benefits and all the bs that comes with the military lifestyle. I took the alternate route my friend.
Road to Retirement
I used to work at a retirement fund and that was a job that I knew would get me no where, and no where fast. I figured, if I worked there til I retired I would be making less than $20 an hr with nothing to show for. People would tell me, “damn dude, you have a good, keep it up. In all reality, this job sucked.
I worried about my retirement kinda sorta for a while until I asked myself what I was really doing with my life. I had two kids, I was in the reserves, had a full-time job, and was attending classes at the university. Sounds fun huh? Not really. As you can see, I had way too much on my plate so I needed to quit a couple of these things. Quitting my kids was definitely not one of the options so don’t even.
With all this to handle, I knew there had to be a way and if there’s one thing I learned while I was in the military it was, “work smarter, not harder.” So that’s when my journey began.
I looked online for how people make money on the internet because I knew there were people online making millions doing I don’t know what, but I needed to know. That’s when I came across this thing called affiliate marketing, you familiar with that? Not many people know about this but boy is there a lot of money in this business. Here is how I live retired and how you as a retiree can leverage from this with all the time you have.
I don’t Know about you but I Retired at 30
If I didn’t find my online job I would still be on the hunt for a better job than the one I had at the retirement fund. I probably would’ve ended up staying there and retiring with pennies to live the rest of my life with. That’s when I decided to retire and yes I retired at 30

Doing business online has made me more money than all my jobs put together and that is what caused me to live retired. While I was working for the government, I told myself, I want to live retired, not wait til retirement because I probably won’t make it there. Sounds stupid but it’s really something I thought about.
This is NOT Multilevel Marketing or Network Marketing
I’ll admit, I was once apart of the MLM/Network marketing nonsense before I came across affiliate marketing. I think I have lost enough friends trying to recruit them to this new product and that new product, truth be told, it is not easy!
I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of Amway and Melaleuca or one of those multilevel marketing companies that you were kind of sketchy about. They are decent companies but they are very hard to make it unless you like to recruit people. Being apart of the military, I really don’t care to recruit people.
Network marketing is not for everyone and that is a reason 98% of them fail. Some people refer to these companies as a “pyramid scheme” which is totally fine because that’s how they are designed. Now do you really think companies like Amway would still be around if it was a scheme?
Reason I say Amway and some others aren’t scams is because they have actual products that they promote not like some of these network marketing companies that promote nothing but marketing. Not only are they promoting non tangible things but the price is very costly. Stay away from network marketing my friends, I don’t care if they offer “100 % commissions“.
