Being that I work from home full-time, I tend to forget that there are others that are doing the same exact thing I’m doing, but there is one big thing that separates us, which I’d like to talk about today.
Although there are others that work from home, we are all doing different things and working for different people.
In the work from home world, it’s either you work for someone or you work for yourself.
It’s either you’re the boss or you’re the employee.
You work when you want to or you don’t.
There are many reasons that separate the two parties, even if they have one very big thing in common.
Are You the Employee or are You the Boss?
The Employee:
You can work from home and still work for someone else. Yes you may have the convenience of working from the comfort of your home, but with a boss still in the picture, things can be a lot more complicated than actually going to an actual job site.
The thing about working for someone else regardless of where your actual body is, means you still have to answer to someone.
You still have to get a certain amount of work done in a specific amount of time.
Now Work = No Pay
The thing about working from home but for someone else can be a harder task than having an actual office that is designed to get work done.
There is actually a huge downside of working from home if you want to look at it from a productive person’s point of view.
Having the luxury of working around your time can cause a lot of problems between you and your employer.
If you’re like me and you have kids, you know how hard it is to get any work done.
It’s either you wake up early or you can work around them.
Having to deal with this can lead to a lot more unproductiveness and causing you to fall behind on work
The Boss:
Not many of us can say we are the boss and we run the show. Not many can say that and not many even know that there is a chance for you to not only work from home, but you can also be your own boss.
Of course you make all decisions, but just like having your own boss, you are still susceptible to the distractions and all of that stuff that leads to those unproductive days.
Yeah you control everything, but that might not be in your favor. As the boss, you can become complacent and things can actually be worse than working for someone.
At least when you work for someone, you will get paid no matter what. Being the boss means that if you slack, you don’t make money.
And yes, it’s really that simple.
So Which One is Better?
Now obviously being the boss is everyone’s dream and of course it is going to be the better of the two. Now if you can understand that you still need to work and there is no room for complacency, then you can very well be the perfect candidate for being your own work from home boss.
Being the boss requires a lot of discipline, but once you develop those good boos habits, you will know that work is even more important when your’e in charge.
Not Everyone Can Work From Home and Not Everyone Can be the Boss
That is a completely normal thought and that is something that most of you think you have no control of. I used to think the same thing until I decided to do some research.
I know you’re expecting some happy story, but that’s not how it went. I actually fell for a bunch of scams before I figured out that all the programs that promise you thousands of dollars are the ones that don’t work.
After falling and losing a lot of money, I decided to stop falling for your typical too good to be true type scams.
I was on the hunt for something that required me to work, but also pay me more than I made at any job I’ve ever held in my life.
Making Money Online is Very Much Possible
After blowing a couple thousand dollars and wasting my time trying to make some scams work, I finally found something that worked.
All I was told that it is not going to happen overnight, but it will eventually pay off and make you money. The thing that wasn’t so fun about this was the fact that I had to work.
