What is the True Cash Network and is it a scam? In this review of this network marketing program, you will learn a little more about them and you will also have a better understanding of whether or not you should join something like this.
Although I am no fan of network marketing, I want to give you a very clear understanding of what you will be getting yourself into if you do decide to jump on board the True Cash Network scam.
What is The True Cash Network?
This network marketing business went by the name Text Cash Network, but have just recently changed their name. Why would anyone want to do such a thing? Well in this case, it is to avoid all the bad publicity that it got when they were known as the Text Cash Network.
The True Cash Network is a bunch of MLMs in one, 5 to be exact. You will get to choose which program you want to join and start promoting it all from which come out of the True Cash Network.
What do you do when someone catches onto your scam? You change the name! If you can’t find the Text Cash Network that’s because they now go under the name True Cash Network. Do you think by changing one word things are going to be different? We shall see.
Getting Started
The first thing I came across when I tried to join The True Cash Network was this bad boy. I do all kinds of stuff (mostly business related) on my computer and this was the first time something like this has popped up. When this came up, all the alarms went off and I had to think about this one. Worst part is, I was only trying to do a review!
If you have come across this program, you were probably referred by someone and now you’re doing some research to see if it’s the right thing to join True Cash Network.
I wasn’t affiliated with this network so I wasn’t referred by anyone. I only knew this because I wasn’t able to create an account unless I find the person that referred me. So guess what I did? I ran around and finally found someone on Facebook!
Supposedly I didn’t begin the process at my “referral agent’s” site. Of course I found a way to create a membership, just for you, the lovely readers of A Work at Home Jobs! Oh, and I ran across this screen, since I tried to be a lone wolf.
You guys should appreciate this True Cash Network review because it literally took me a whole hour to find me someone to signup with and get all my details to become a member.
Not to mention, I clicked advanced and risked all my credit card information to get signed up. Once again, just for a review!
Once You Get in
You will get access to different programs to choose from, all of which are referral programs. These are nothing more than an MLM business, which gives you the opportunity to gain a commission from members below you.
Anyways, these guys have done a complete overhaul obviously because the whole Groupon and Living Social deal wasn’t working out. They went from texting 5 deals a day to mobile phones, to signing up with one of their 5 recommendations to include
- Networker’s Magazine
- Fantasy Golf Tour
- X8 Energy Gum
- Parcman Male Enhancer (gotta love this one)
- Medical Smart Care – Coming soon!
Okay, I didn’t choose the make me happy program but I did choose the Fantasy Golf tour. Actually, I clicked on all of them just to see how this program really works.
How it Works
This program is very similar to a website called the Be The Boss Network being that they offer more than one program to people looking to start a business from home.
They both start off as free and then voila! You have many programs that they will “match” you with so that you can get one that fits the type of person you are.
You can signup to one or all of these programs and this all becomes an affiliate marketing game in conjunction with True Cash Network.
All of these programs have their referral program outside of True Cash Network and is very unnecessary to signup with them. True Cash Network is involved with every single one of these programs and they will get their cut.
TCN Complaints
I have spoke to many members of the TEXT Cash Network and there are actually quite a number of them that didn’t get paid and is probably also the reason why they did the name change.
As for the True Cash Network, it is still too early in the game to see what kinds of problems people are having with this company. Although they have been around since 2006, this is a completely new program and it just started.
The Pros & Cons
With every program comes the good and bad things. Here are some of the things I liked and didn’t like about the True Cash Network.
Pros:
- Decent comp plan
- Cheap startup
Cons:
- Have scammed people before (can’t be trusted)
- Very complicated to get started
- Is in the “pyramid scheme” category
- Business is not clearly explained
- Requires recruiting
The Final Verdict
Guys, just the getting started part is enough for me to tell you to stay away. Especially when they mentioned a credit card, that will make any future downlines questionable.
I am no fan of network marketing, but I have had my run with it and I know it is no walk in the park. I have made a decent amount of money, until the company had to be shut down.
That will break anyone down, I don’t care who you are. In the end, it is not for everyone and that is why I can’t recommend this type of business, although I think it is better than a regular 9-5.
I can’t tell you NOT to join, but I can tell you that it isn’t going to be that easy. True Cash Network is nothing but a network marketing business and although you will be promoting one of the 5 programs, you know you are going to be promoting this program as well.
Where Do You Go From Here?
If you are interested in MLM or network marketing, you might want to find another program that focuses on just one product or products.
I personally love affiliate marketing and these guys are trying to take it and incorporate network marketing into the mix. If you want to see how to make money online read more here on one of the best programs on the net today.
This program is still fairly new so you won’t find many reviews on it until maybe next month. I hope you found this True Cash Network review to be helpful to you and hopefully you find a solid online program that can generate a full-time income from home.
To whatever program it is that you decide to do with your life, I wish you nothing but success. Cheers!
