The Shoe Money System Review: Is Blog Ninja Legit?

July 10, 2016 //  by John

So you’ve come across the Shoe Money System and now you’re wondering if it’s a scam? In this review of Blog Ninja, I want to show you a little more of how everything really works and what you can expect from this program, which claims to pay you $1 in 5 minutes of being online.

I am a fan of making money online, but I’m not a fan of scammy type marketing strategies that can be used against the new people trying to make money online.

An Overview of The Shoe Money System

I’m not going to sit here and give you a life story about Jeremy Shoemaker because I think you got enough from shoemoney.com.

However, I want to give you a little more insight of this product and most especially if this thing is a scam or a worthwhile investment.

As far as the person that Jeremy Schoemaker is, I actually really look up to him as a marketer and I will always remember his iconic Google Check post, which is very inspiring.

One thing you need to understand is the fact that you are not Jeremy. He is a very good marketer and he knows a lot of the technical stuff that comes with online marketing.

His product can work, but you need to understand what you are getting yourself into before you wonder why you don’t have a $132,000 check from Google.

Who the Shoe Money System is For

I’d like to say this is for anyone looking to make money online, but with a couple of hidden agendas, this might actually be for the sole purpose of making Jeremy and the gang more money.

Let’s just say this can be great for beginners, but the target market for this is anyone who is still trying to make their first $1 online, which is a great bait in my opinion.

Can you really make $1 with this system?

Of course you can, but let me explain how the marketing works or you will find yourself on the losing side of things looking for the next make money online product.

So when you get signed up for the Shoe Money System, it is going to be free, and yes it is actually free. Now to make that $1, you need to share one of his posts, which is where things get a little tricky.

If you know anything about marketing, that $1 spent on Jeremy’s part is nothing compared to what he could get from the many people that see that post on social media.

Great marketing strategy, but just know that you are really helping Jeremy and if you aren’t careful, that $1 could be the last thing you ever make.

Now you can still make money throughout the course, but by the time you start paying for the required hosting, you will not be in profit anymore.

The Product – Blog Ninja

Are you ready for some Karate lessons? Because that is how Jeremy’s course is going to be conducted. I don’t mean you will be learning some type of martial art, but each lesson comes with a certain color belt.

Finish a lesson and you get promoted to the next belt. You will learn how to make money with affiliate marketing, which is one of the best ways to make money online in my opinion.

Jeremy has dabbled with affiliate marketing, Google Adsense, subscription sites, and many more. The man is absolutely great at what he does and I do recommend you keep up with his blog at shoemoney.com.

As far as the product is concerned, you can expect some easy to follow steps on how to create a blog and monetize it to make money online.

Shoe Money Training

The training is really simple, but I think it lacks in several departments. Trying to get hosting and setting up a website is easy for some, but might not be for most, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Personally, I use a site called the Wealthy Affiliate, which gives me hosting, a website builder, and all the training in one place. Complete online business in a box.

Click here to see my review of Wealthy Affiliate.

Getting started with the Shoe Money system is somewhat easy, but I don’t like how he uses his marketing against those who are just starting out online.

Everyone wants free, but to get hit with all types of up-sells, will discourage some people from actually trying to make something online.

The training is not going to take you all year to complete, but some of you will find yourself getting lost. With this program, you can expect to learn what it takes to get a site setup to properly run a blog.

  • Web hosting (money spent)
  • How to setup your blog
  • How to install a theme
  • Making your first post
  • Setting up Google Adsense
  • Setting up your Author Box
  • Setting up your Gravatar

After a couple of lessons, you will get promoted to the next belt until of course you reach the black belt, which will make you the expert at affiliate marketing. At least we hope so.

You will then be a ninja, which you can learn things like promoting your site on Youtube and Pinterest.

Is There Support With the Shoe Money System?

That’s one thing that you can’t get here and something that I believe is a must if you want to make it online.

Jeremy doesn’t lie. He can’t help everyone as it is just impossible. His site does a pretty good job at keeping you focused, but there is more to making money online than following steps.

Let me just tell you how important support is, especially when you are just getting started online. You can have the littlest question and without a quick answer, it will lead to frustration and eventually you will give up.

If this program had a better support system, I think it would add a lot more value, rather than just a contact page, that serves no real “support”.

I think even a Facebook group would do the trick.

The Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Decent training
  • Can make you money
  • Great tips

Cons:

  • Owned by a guru
  • No support
  • No real direction
  • Not ideal for newbies

The Price for the Shoe Money System

They weren’t kidding when they said you could signup for free. I mean, there’s no better way to get someone to join a program than to have it be free, right?

Although you hit a part where you will have to pay for hosting, DO NOT let this discourage you from moving forward.

Heading into the first lesson to pay for something is not something you want to encounter right away, but it is not going to cost much.

For starters, you will have to pay for hosting (if you don’t already have a site). This is not going to cost you an arm and a leg and this is also where Jeremy makes some money, which is not a problem.

bluehost

For such a low price ($3.95/month), you can be sure that everything is worth it up to this point. He uses BlueHost, which pays him for getting people to join, which is about all you pay for this stuff.

If you can’t even afford to pay for hosting, then this might not be for you.

What I Didn’t Like

The courses are great, but for those of you that are just starting out online, you will get confused. From the beginning, there is already a big hiccup, that will get a lot of you frustrated.

You go straight into hosting your site and getting your theme, without even knowing what your actual niche is.

If you have no clue as to what you need to get started, you will need some type of passion to even start a site.

Most people come into this with the whole make money from home niche, which is cool and all, but I think you should pick something that actually interests you.

This is not explained.

Other than that, there isn’t much to complain about as Jeremy tells you what you need to do to make money and as an affiliate marketer, I know his training works.

Is it a Scam?

The Shoe Money System is not a scam, so whether people like this product or his marketing strategies or not, there is no reason to call this thing a scam.

Yeah some people may be jealous because he is making millions of dollars promoting his own product, but you can’t really hate on someone for being a better marketer than you.

There is an actual product (good or bad) and it does teach you some things that people don’t know.

Does it work?

Sure it does.

How do I know?

Well, because I do affiliate marketing and his training tells you to do just that. I do affiliate marketing for a living and it is a great way to make money online.

Now anyone can tell you how to do this and you can even find some of this stuff for free, but that is not what makes successful online marketers.

To make it online, you need the training (of course), but you also need support and even some coaching. Without these, you will be just as lost as you are right now.

My Recommendation

I really don’t think it’s necessary for up-selling when it comes to the work from home industry. If a program tells you they are going to show you how to make money online, then that’s what you should expect, right?

Not no, “want to really make money online, you need to buy this” type of marketing. Very unnecessary, but that is what the gurus use to get more money from you.

This is also why I always recommend a program called the Wealthy Affiliate. If you want to learn everything about making money online, with all the tools that is needed, without any up-sells, that is the program you need to use.

Forget about paying thousands of dollars to make money online, you pay one fee and that is it. Kudos to Jeremy and his great marketing, but more kudos to you for doing your research.

See how the Shoe Money System compares to Wealthy Affiliate and you will see why I recommend one over the other.

Final Verdict: Legit

legit

The Shoe Money system is legit. It is not the best program out there, but it is still always good to see something that is actually not trying to take your money with no actual product.

Unlike those other schemes out there that don’t work, but promise to make you thousands of dollars overnight, Blog Ninja will beat almost every other paid training program out there.

I give this product two thumbs up and I recommend it to anyone trying to make money online. Not the best for newbies, but it does have great training material.

Well that’s all from me. Hopefully I have given you enough information about the Shoe Money system so that you can make a better decision on your own.

Do you have any experience with this? Please share your thoughts in the comments section below. I’m sure we can all use some of your insight on another controversial make money from home program.
