With the initial impression being very impressive, I had to see what this site was really about before I even invest the $20 to get started.
With all the training and tools that I saw on their homepage, you can’t help but imagine what these guys are really selling as just one topic on that site is really a whole online business in itself.
Is this a bunch of diluted training material used to promote The Ads Team or is it legitimate training and tools that actually work?
This review should give you all the information you need so that you don’t waste your hard earned money and most especially your valuable time, so let’s get right to it.
The Ads Team Academy Review
Name: The Ads Team Academy
Website: www.theadsteamacademy.com
Price: $20 – $600 ($1,020 total)
Overall Rating: 1.5/5 stars
Product Overview
The Ads Team Academy is a one stop training center for everything related to online marketing, to include…
- Affiliate marketing
- Email marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Traffic Generation
- List Building
- Sales Funnels
- Team Building
It’s a step by step course that will help you “become a pro” in online marketing through their Ebooks, video series, webinars, and one on one coaching.
Do know that this is associated with theadsteam.com, which is their revenue sharing program but is a completely different site promoting something completely different.
The Ads Team Academy Training
Affiliate marketing is truly an amazing business model and the gurus are really ruining it for a lot of people who are really trying to make money online by telling them they have a better way.
There is none.
As a beginner in the online marketing world, you want to get involved with some affiliate marketing, website creation, and then you can move on to things like email marketing and sales funnels.
Although they have it setup like it’s the structure for a complete newbie then leading into the more advanced courses, this might just be a front to what they are really trying to promote, which of course is The Ads Team Academy.
So for the $20, starter course (which I actually paid for), I wanted to see what it was focused on before I go further as there is no way I will pay for anything else unless I know it’s really good.
1 On 1 Coaching?
As an online marketer myself, it was really hard to find 1 on 1 coaching, especially when it came to affiliate marketing, so I had to see how true this was.
I also wanted to see what this training and coaching was going to be about since most courses and “coaching” are all geared towards promoting the same exact thing you just bought.
Support is one thing, but to have someone hold you by the hand and guide you through things is a different story.
Now does that actually happen?
Not really.
What you do get is an up-line (the person who brought you in) who will not know much about the actual training, as everyone is here to make money and not actually teach you how to do things.
Affiliate Marketing is a business on its own and is actually what I do for a living and adding all this other stuff to it is just a way to make people feel that they are getting value when it’s really not that valuable.
The Ads Team Tools
Just like every other recruiting based program with no tangible products, The Ads Team is selling a bunch of auto responders, landing pages, and everything that can and will most likely be used to promote them.
They do show you where you can become an affiliate with different companies, but you can do that by doing a quick search in Google.
Again, not valuable.
The Price
The first course can be purchased for $20, but there are also other packages that goes up to $
- $20 – Introduction
- $100 – Beginner
- $300 – Intermediate
- $600 – Advanced
- $1,020 – Combo
So Can You Learn & Earn at the Same Time?
As a newbie to the world of making money online, most people quit simply because they NEED to see results.
With my experience, you should not get involved with any type of online marketing unless, one, you have the money, or two, you understand that this whole thing takes time.
Now with a claim to “learn and earn” at the same time, I wanted to see if this “earning” was going to come in the form of selling The Ads Team Academy or if it is going to come from making some actual affiliate sales.
Just like expected, it came with their affiliate program and not from selling actual affiliate products.
The Affiliate Program
Of course there was going to be some type of recruiting behind this and although I am not completely against this, I want to get more into the actual product.
By joining The Ads Team, you now have the right to resell the same exact stuff you just bought.
The training, coaching, autoresponder, etc.
Everything on this site is geared towards promoting The Ads Team Academy, which I’m not a big fan of even if the courses they mention are actual ways to make money online.
The Compensation Plan for The Ads Team Academy
As a bonus, you get 25% of what your direct referrals purchase, but you also get 5% which goes 9 levels deep, as well as a 50% matching bonus on your first level of direct referrals.
So if you were wondering if The Ads Team Academy is an MLM, the answer is yes.
I saw this coming, but I had to at the very least, see it for myself.
At a Glance
Name: The Ads Team Academy
Price: $20 – $600 ($1,020 all products)
Overall Rating: Not the best product out there and it does teach you affiliate marketing (what I think is the best business model online), but it still very much focused on promoting the company, which is okay, but not the coolest tactic in my opinion. I do not recommend The Ads Team Academy.
Final Opinion of The Ads Team Academy
Decent product, but just like anything else out there, you are going to have to commit to it and don’t expect to be making $1,000 a month by next week.
The idea behind this whole deal is great for the owner, but not going to be your best bet for anyone looking to make money online.
You can see how this stacks up to a much better online marketing training facility, which focuses on its members rather than trying to sell the same exact thing you just bought.
Other than that, you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into, so in the end, you have no one to blame but yourself if this doesn’t work out.
What I Really Think
I have been making money online for 3 years now and it is not from recruiting but rather the method that they teach.
However, you are not going to get the best training or coaching they claim, so do go at this with an open mind if you do decide to join The Ads Team Academy.
The focus here is really to promote The Ads Team Academy and I’m going to have to disagree with that tactic as I’ve been with several companies that teach the same thing and promote the same thing.
Never again.
Now don’t think that that makes The Ads Team Academy a scam, because it really isn’t.
It’s completely legit and although I don’t see it lasting very long, they do have somewhat of a product and I’m sure the owner is going to try to keep this afloat.
Now this won’t get my recommendation as it is not focused on its members, so you make the final decision.
Is The Ads Team Academy for you?
Thanks for reading!
