HempWorx Review: Scam or Legit Business Opportunity?

Wondering if this is another scam or a legitimate business opportunity?

That’s great because I have put together this Hempworx review for those of you who are considering the products and most especially doing this as your next business “opportunity”.

If you want to join the world of entrepreneurial minded sales than there are plenty of options out there that you are going to be able to choose from.

Thanks to MLMs (multi level marketing companies) those gifted at sales have a real opportunity to make money selling established products using the methods and strategies of their choosing.

Of course, that said, not all MLMs are created equally.

In fact you really do need to be careful with which ones you decide to buy into if you want to make a real living at it.

For that reason, today we will be taking a close look at the company Hemp Worx to see if it fits your needs, especially with a product that might not sit well with some.

What is HempWorx?

Great question.

HempWorx is a company that manufactures oils and supplements from the hemp plant.

Hemp, as many of you know is a versatile plant in that falls in the same family as the marijuana plant.

But while its cousin is somewhat controversial hemp is actually largely embraced by most states in the country, as it can be used in a wide variety of contexts that exceed simple recreation.

Actually, the creators of this company also run another MLM called “My Daily Choice,” a supplement company that runs under a similar business model and gives participants that opportunity to make money by selling their products.

While the history of HempWorx owners might not ultimately make much of a difference how successful this company is, it is nevertheless encouraging to see that they have a little bit of experience.

In order to participate in HempWorx affiliate program, you buy in with an entry fee (we will discuss the startup cost in greater detail later on in the article) and then you will also need to regularly stock their products just like you would with any other MLM company.

After that, the ball is in your court.

You can use your own strategies to make sales both online and in person, and start making some sales commissions.

The Products

When it comes to MLMs the products are probably the most important aspect of the entire operation simply or the fact that some things are a whole lot easier to sell than others.

As mentioned earlier, HempWorx is in the market of selling hemp based supplements and oils.

Personally, I am of the opinion that this is both a good thing and a bad thing.

On one hand, these are consumable products, which is always nice because it means that assuming the people that you sell to enjoy the products, you have built in repeat customers that will make it all the easier to make money once you start building up a client list.

On the other hand, there are also a lot of people out there that aren’t exactly comfortable with hemp.

Even though it is legal, and also certainly not the same thing as cannabis, there are nevertheless plenty of people out there that can’t help but conflate the substances.

Do keep mind that if you decide you want to start selling HempWorx products there is definitely going to be a segment of the population that is uncomfortable with what you are selling them.

But what about the specifics of the product themselves?

What exactly is hemp, or CBD oil anyway?

Well, CBD is one of the many chemicals found both in the cannabis and hemp plants.

It is similar to THC (the characterizing chemical found in cannabis) but unlike THC, CBD doesn’t give you a buzz.

It is however associated with boosting your mood, alleviating stomachaches, headaches, nausea, and a wide range of other aches and pains.

HempWorx actually makes an even wider range of claims about their oils saying that they can be used to fight cancers, promote cardiovascular health, and reduce the risk of seizures.

While numerous health benefits have been identified as being preset in hemp and marijuana based products, research isn’t quite to the point that we can definitively say that HempWorx oil will cure your cancer.

Even still, this actually is a pretty positive product that should at the very least keep your clients feeling good.

And really, that’s all you need to keep people coming back for more.

Not to mention they have Hempworx for pets!

This is a bit weird for me but I guess they couldn’t come up with something else to add to their product line.

How Much Does it Cost to Join?

How much it costs is going to be up to you to a certain extent.

Packages range in price between $60 and $600 dollars. For the most part, all the difference in price buys you is more product, so you should probably consider starting with one of the more basic packages.

Naturally, you will also be able to buy more product as new sales opportunities arise.

Also, you will need to have a sponsor if even if you just wanted to purchase products, so keep that in mind before considering these products.

The Compensation Plan

The compensation plan with this company is pretty standard.

Like most MLMs you can expect a twenty five percent base commission on all your sales, plus plenty of bonus opportunities for when you bring new people into the sales staff.

But how much do these commissions and bonuses actually account for when we break it down into dollars and cents?

Well, actually there isn’t a precise figure detailing the salaries of HempWorx employees, however, when it comes to MLMs most employees (about 95%) don’t make anything that even glimpses a livable salary.

Why is that?

Well, this is a world where only talented sales people are able to make money.

If that doesn’t describe you, unfortunately you aren’t going to do well at HempWorx, or any other MLM for that matter.

You will be better off with something like affiliate marketing, which involves zero recruiting and only selling products to make money.

Final Verdict: Legit But…

So what are my final thoughts?

Personally, I am 50/50 with this one but I do see a lot of potential as this company is just starting out.

I think that the market for hemp based products I booming right now, and as acceptance of these substances continues to grow you can only expect more and more people to start showing interest in CBD oil.

As I said earlier, unless you are good at sales, you might not make the money that you are hoping for.

However, it is definitely going to help to have a cool product on your side that people are genuinely interested in.

What I Really Think

The products might be fair but if you are using this as a way to make extra money or even replace your J-O-B, this is not the route you want to take.

Back in the day I used to think that network marketing was the only way out of the rat race until I came across a program called the Wealthy Affiliate.

So if you want a solid way to generate income from the internet, you might want to check them out instead.

Now if you are looking to join Hempworx for the products then I think that’s great too but just don’t expect too much on the money making portion of this program.
