So today I randomly wound up in a webinar that led me to Robot Author. I immediately saw scam, but I retracted and decided to do a very unbiased, yet helpful review to help you understand what it is all about before its members start bashing me.

Rather than expressing my opinion to my other half like I always do, I think I’d rather have others hear me out and give her a break from hearing my mouth.

This program is very controversial and most seasoned online marketers would consider this a scam, but I am going to be nice with this and try as hard as I can not to be too blunt.

So What is Robot Author?

A robot. One that can research and write completely unique content. At least that’s what they claim. Come to find out, this product has actually been around longer than I have been working from home full-time. Interesting.

Who This is For

Not anyone looking to run a blog or anyone looking to write. This is for anyone looking for the easy way out when it comes to making money online, without doing any work.

This is for anyone that is looking to game the system and go about blogging in a lazier more “don’t do anything” type of way.

And the target market is exactly that person, so if you are completely new to making money online, you definitely need to read this review to the end.

The Product

I actually liked the way the back office looked from the webinar I attended, but there wasn’t much explanation about what this can really do.

All I know is that it is supposed to be “the only artificial intelligence that researches and writes completely unique content that reads well”.

It is supposed to automate all your blogging efforts and it allows you to post to your blog on a daily or weekly basis.

It is also supposed to monetize these posts, so that you don’t have to put ads or affiliate links. For a beginner, that can give you that “no way” affect, but not so much a seasoned marketer.

Are the Articles any Good?

I’ve seen a couple of articles that were produced by this robot and I wasn’t impressed a single bit. I read a chihuahua article on the Warrior Forum and I think they used the word chihuahua in every other sentence.

I am not a fan of that site and everyone and their mothers are on there to try and sell you things anyways, which is why you can’t trust it to begin with.

But what I saw was nothing more than a keyword stuffed article, that although looked better than most article spinners, was still too “robotic” for me.

What I Really Think

This is something that I would look at and be like, “oh that’s cool”, but that’s about it. There is no way I would ever incorporate any type of robotic nonsense into my online business. Period.

If you are looking for a way to speed up the process for your so called “blog”, then I really don’t think you have any business blogging.

You are clearly in this for the money and that will get you nowhere. If you think this robot can beat Google, you might want to think again.

As a blogger, I like to write to my readers (just like I do here) and also interact with them, so I don’t know why anyone would want to use a robot?

Wait…I do Know why

Show me the Money!

If you are in this business for the money and you are solely focused on just that, I can promise you that you won’t make it online.

Just like when Google unleashed the Panda and how thousands of cheaters literally lost their business overnight, is exactly what will happen to you if you try to cheat the system.

In order to be successful online, you need to start and end right. First of all, you need the right training platform to even get started.

If you are still lost in outer space and can’t figure out if you are apart of a legit program, you definitely need to checkout my #1 recommendation.

Once you have that program, it is going to require some work and you are going to either write these articles yourself, or hire someone to do them for you. Not a robot.

The Price for Robot Author

I have seen many article spinning type products out there, but none of them have cost even half the price of what it is to get Robot Author.

To get this software, it is going to cost you a one time payment of $1,997 or three payments of $747. That my friend is a price point that can have most consumers confused.

For me, it made me think that it could possibly work because it is not cheap, but then again, it slapped me back to reality.

But There’s a Money Back Guarantee

You gotta love these. In the world of making money online type products and refunds, we all know how hard that is to make happen.

If you are going to rely on this guarantee for your final decision, you might want to think twice before you invest that much money into a robot.

Don’t forget that if you go over your 400 credits in your first month, you are not allowed to get a refund. This is nothing more than a marketing strategy, so be careful with this.

There is no way on earth I would ever recommend some robot to anyone looking to make money online. This type of stuff may work for a month or two, but I can promise you that it will hurt you in the long run.

So is Robot Author a Scam?

I can’t flat out tell you that this is a scam, because they are pretty upfront with things here. However, you need to use your gut on this one and realize that this is just another too good to be true hyped product.

The ones I can call scam on are the people on Fiverr that are using this product to create articles and then selling them to people that are looking for quality content. The content it creates is not quality.

This robot will not push out the good stuff so if you think that you don’t need to blog anymore, you might want to consider another line of work.

I run a couple of blogs and I will never use a robot to help me with my work. I have several writers that I pay really well, so I know they won’t try to cheat me with some type of robot.

For what it was worth, thanks for reading my review of Robot Author. If you have any experience with this or you just want to speak your mind, you can do so in the comments section below. I won’t cry. I promise.

Hi John, thanks much for this. I just saw their webinar, and being the sometime-sucker that I am I was thinking seriously about it, till my girlfriend found your review here. I am definitely determined to make some money with affiliate sites, etc, as the potential looks enormous, but luckily I don’t have to count on it having a stable career otherwise. I will probably look into Wealthy Affiliate per your recommend, but maybe you can tell me up front if their path end you up having to write a steady stream of “content” yourself…I don’t mind hard work but I just don’t have the time to write a pile of blog posts/articles every week (I’d rather pay someone, and can afford to luckily). Thanks in advance.

Yes Jack, having a steady stream of content is needed but you can definitely outsource it if you’d like. I started off doing my posts myself and now I have a writer that helps me along the way. So yes, you can pay someone to do it and yes, that is great that you can afford to do it, lol. Hope this helps but do ask more if you are still confused with anything. Don’t forget that you can also take a free trial of WA, before you even commit to anything, so definitely check that out.

This product sounds so good. Artificial Intelligence has come of age. Yeah, right. The software to really write with feeling just isn’t there yet. This sounds like a great product but I really doubt it is. As you mentioned in your review it just a mass of repetitive words strung together. Thanks for the honest review of this product.

Perhaps I should have looked up this review before I sat through that damn webinar again. I say again because I have been tempted to invest before with this particular robot. However, I remain sceptical because two cheap spinning programs I bought also brought me back to reality. I could not, in a million years, submit that crap and say I wrote it.
In the past 12 months I have written 1.2 million words for hundreds of websites and hundreds of articles across an unbelievable number of topics. My initial thought thought that I would become an expert of ‘everything’ never eventuated either. But it certainly increased my knowledge base.
So, back to the drawing board…well writing board it is. I have doubled my word rate over the past two months and that makes me happier but, John, I am frustrated because I don’t have time to get my IM stuff happening, which, as we both know, is the passive income aspect.
In time, I guess. Thanks for the honest review, it sort of confirmed my initial thoughts.

John, all I have to say is join a program called the Wealthy Affiliate and you will make the type of money you are looking for especially from someone that has written so much. Any and every writer should use this program to make the most of their writing ability. Give it a shot and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
