How to Make Money Without Recruiting a Single Person

Almost every single “opportunity” out there requires getting others to join you in your team of some sort.

Been there, done that and I a pretty much get irritated when someone tries to shove their so called business opportunity in my face.

Before I figured out that there was actually a way to make money without recruiting, I was that irritating guy trying to explain how awesome this new program I got into was.

Call me a poor recruiter or tell me I have no network marketing skills but I don’t care what anyone says.

Network marketing is NOT for everyone.

Sure there are all these tactics on how to find leads and seal the deal but the overall business model is just not my thing.

Knowing I have to get someone to join under me in order to make money was just not settling in as a real, legitimate business.

From Vidacup, to Melaleuca and eventually giving into one of the biggest recruiting schemes called the Empower Network, I can say that I have done it all when it comes to trying to make money off of other people by playing the recruiting game.

If it wasn’t for a site called the Wealthy Affiliate, I really don’t know what I would be doing with my life as there aren’t many options that don’t require recruiting in order to make money.

I Work From Home Full-Time and I Do Zero Recruiting

With some work and dedication, I am proud to say that I have been working from home for the past 4 years.

I don’t talk to people on or offline but I do make my living completely from the internet.

I quit my job in 2014 and decided that a 9-5 was just not for me.

I spend almost all my time with my family and I decide when and where I work, as long as there is an internet connection.

Unlike most people that have people that they pay above them, I am the one at the top and I’m also the one at the bottom.

No matrix and no compensation plan.

There are several ways to make money recruiting others and they usually don’t last or it’s simply for temporary money.

Recruiting With MLM/Network Marketing

This is the most common form of making money and recruiting and I’m sure a lot of you have had your share of these.

Amway and Mary Kay will probably ring a bell.

Although we all want to be one of those people at the top of these pyramids, we all know how hard of a task that is.

It may sound like the best plan and business venture when you have someone close to you explaining things, but the hype is usually gone within a week or two after purchasing your share of products.

You might talk to a couple of people along the way, who were probably apart of another company or flat out weren’t interested in what you had to offer.

Whatever the case may be, this is the hardest way for anyone to make money but is definitely better than any day job out there.

If you can make this work, it can be a great gig but most of the time (99% of the time) almost everyone will be at the bottom feeding everyone at the top.

Gone are my days of telling you how awesome this new facial cream is or how you can make money with this amazing system, when the real business is nothing but recruiting.

So How Do I Make Money Without Recruiting?

I sell other people’s products online.

I don’t own a single product of my own and I have actually never owned one but I do make my living selling various products online, without ever touching a single one of them.

Thanks to this thing called affiliate marketing, this type of stuff is very much possible and it is the same exact business model I have been using for the past 3 years and whatever months to pay for everything we own.

What is affiliate marketing you might ask?

Well, it’s really not that complicated but just like MLMs, it sounds great when presented, but there is a lot more to it than it seems.

With affiliate marketing, you become a partner with sites like Amazon and Ebay and in turn will be able to get your personal links to different products from which will track everything.

If someone makes a purchase using your link, you get paid.

Sounds cool, right?

Yes, and no.

Some of you might be thinking that you can join an affiliate program, grab your link, and start spamming social media so you can make thousands of dollars.

Sorry to say but that’s not how it works.

You are not able to take these links and spam them anywhere and you are more than likely going to need a website that has traffic in order to be approved for almost every affiliate network.

So you not only need a website, but you need a means of getting people to this site.

Once you have this site in place, you can very much start putting your site out there and then having people go to your links to make money.

The preferred way is through some advertising and/or organic, search engine traffic.

When you “Google” something and land on a website, that specific site is most likely ran by an affiliate, who probably made money without you even knowing.

The goal with any affiliate marketer is to get a bunch of articles ranked in the search engines, resulting in thousands of visitors who might be a potential customer to Amazon using your very own link.

There are so many sites out there that claim to teach affiliate marketing when they have nothing but a half done training, which is designed to pull a lot of money out of your wallet.

In reality, you can find all types of affiliate marketing training out there and you can even find some great advice on this site but in reality, you need more than just training or you just won’t make it online.
