My Money Hour is a Scam – Read This Review Before “Applying”

Last Updated: January 2, 2019 //  by John

my-money-hour-scam-review

Wouldn’t it be great if My Money Hour was legit and you can actually make money like they claim you can?

Pump your brakes and let me give you a quick but extremely necessary review for those of you who gave or will give into the hype that they have to offer.

For those of you who have already filled out their little “application”, you definitely want to read this review to the end and for those of you who were thinking about it, be glad you didn’t but still read everything.

We all want to make money and most especially would love for it to be easy but if you can not understand the fact that it just does not work that way, then you really need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Let me give you everything you need to know about something that is obviously too good to be true or you might lose more than just money if you’re not careful.

Don’t forget that you can always checkout the same program that I use to make my living completely online, if in fact you are willing to put in the work necessary to make it happen.

For those of you that don’t have a single penny to your name or aren’t looking to invest, you can always checkout Swagbucks or Survey Junkie.

They are free to join and you can make some quick cash.

Other than that, let’s get on with the show.

My Money Hour Review – Product Overview

My Money Hour is another do simple tasks and get paid type of site.

There is no indication of who owns or runs the site and there is no real explanation of what you will be doing.

All this unknown information will have most of you with almost no choice but to fill out the form, which is exactly what they want you to do.

The instructions on the site are not clear and come with a lot of obvious red flags that I’m sure most of you will completely ignore, simply because it is free to join.

There is more to it than just a free ride to money, so let me show you how it all goes down and how they will make their way into your wallet.

How it Works

When you’re presented with a decent looking site, you can’t help but think it’s legit and at the very least give it a try before writing it off as just another scam.

On top of that, they mention very few tasks and the whole “work little” idea and you will have that same mentality that 99% that is stuck at a regular old job thinking they landed on a gold mine.

Of course that’s not the case and I want to show you how the whole scheme works.

Being that you don’t have to pay any money, you will almost immediately signup without even thinking.

Get in the back office, and do whatever it is that they tell you is needed in order for you to make money, with “sharing your link” being the easiest task on that list.

Being able to make $10 for each person sees your link, I’m sure you will share that with anyone and everyone to at least try and meet their minimum threshold of $300 that is required in order to cash anything out.

Do those tasks, share your link, and you’ll be at $300 in no time, right?

However, there will come a point where you will not be able to get that money you’ve earned and you’ll be left with the idea that you had to do it to see if it really worked.

You will then move on with life, all while they got what they wanted from you.

Any possible information that can have them access every other account that is not My Money Hour.

They have this information and that is where the scheme ends.

Or should I say begins.

Phishing Scam Straight ahead.

For those of you who don’t know what a phishing scam is, you can read this article for a more detailed explanation.

But in a nutshell, a phishing scam is nothing but an attempt from a fraudster to get your personal information to of course use it against you.

In most cases, it is going to involve money and that is exactly why the people behind My Money Hour have created the site.

Remember when you setup your My Money Hour account and how it required an email address and a password?

Along with that, they requested for a valid Paypal email address so that you can get paid, if you decided to opt for that payment method.

All this has happened and most people won’t even notice.

Once that is done, they will then try to match all that information, so that they can get into your PayPal account and transfer money to themselves.

If that doesn’t work, they will try anything else out there that they can get into, to include your social media accounts and whatever they can gain access to with the information you provided.

Be Password Smart

As a newbie to the digital world, I was very laid back and would rather have a simple password that I can use for almost all my accounts, rather than a complicated one that I would have probably needed to write down.

That mentality is the same exact way a lot of people think and that is also the same way I figured out how scams like My Money Hour work.

So if you are the same way and you filled out any form on this site with the same password you use at other sites, this would be a great time for you to change your password.

I know it can be a pain in the butt, but I think you have probably learned a valuable lesson here.

And if that wasn’t enough, let me give you some of the other nonsense that a lot of you might have overlooked, because the easy money got the best of you.

The Obvious Scam Warning

I know the money will always have you skip through some websites and some of you will not notice any of the obvious signs that this is a scam.

I do not know how you can skim through the poor grammar that comes with every single one of these sites.

I mean, how does “and earning will be started flowing in your account” even sound at least normal?

That should have been a red flag and all the curiosity should have stopped.

Then again, it is free to join and we all have the “I have nothing to lose” mentality.

That’s what they want you to think and by not paying anything, it’s really hard to not see if it does actually work.

Is it Really Free?

It sure is.

Again, this is a phishing scam and they don’t want or need any money up front as they will try to get it from you when you least expect it.

Now to make $10 for every person that simply visits your link is unheard of and that should’ve been another red flag.

Then they want you to make at least $300 before you can cash out and that again, is another sign that you aren’t doing something legit.

I can go on and on about these kinds of schemes but I think you get my point.

Final Verdict: Phishing Scam

I do not care how desperate you get when it comes to making money, do not give any information that you feel isn’t right.

But before you get to that point, be a little smarter and not give into anything that seems too good to be true.

My Money Hour is a scam and one that should not only be avoided but also one that should not be shared.

The people behind this type of stuff are usually operating outside of the Philippines or some country that they can not be found, so that is another thing you should be aware of if you plan on trying to hunt down these individuals.

Conclusion

Don’t be desperate and understand that money does not grow on trees and that it does not come from thin air either.

My Money Hour is nowhere close to legit and if you have filled out their form, please change your passwords to other accounts immediately.

If you are one of those people on social media that are trying to share your link so that YOU can make money, now would be a great time to stop.

Making money online requires work and dedication and will never come as easy as My Money Hour makes it seem.

Do remember that there are literally thousands of other sites exactly like this that run the same exact scheme.

Once they get exposed thanks to reviews like the one I just did, they will eventually jump ship and create another site that will try to prey off of the uneducated and gullible.

I hope you have learned a lot from this post and if you know anyone who is spreading this virus, please share this post so that they understand exactly what it is that they are involved with.

Thanks for reading and good luck!
