So I was introduced to this by an online buddy of mine and after all that was said, I had to do a My 1 Dollar Business review.
With the simplicity that I was marketed with, it sounded like a no brainer deal.
Until I realized that I’ve been in many of these types of programs in my life.
For $1, you really can’t help but give it a try, right?
Well, that’s what I used to think until I realized that I’ve given too much money away because of the whole “I have nothing to lose” mentality.
In this My 1 Dollar Business review, I want to show you exactly what I mean.
Most of you might disagree, but this is exactly how these things operate, and this is just one of thousands.
My 1 Dollar Business Review
Name: My 1 Dollar Business
Owner: Steve Gresham

Price: $1
Overall Rating: 1.5/5 stars
Product Overview
This business is a recruiting based business, which runs on a 2X10 matrix and was created by Steve Gresham.
I’m sure you’ve seen his video on how simple his system is, which is definitely simple and could possibly make you money.
Who This is For
I would say this is for anyone who is willing to give their up-lines $1 and possibly do some network marketing.
I guess you can say this is a good way to lead your downlines to your MLM, but I can also see it backfiring and maybe have people thinking what you’re really trying to sell to them.
How it Works
4 to profit…10 to participate, and you need at least 2 to earn any money.
Commissions will be at a quarter per personal signup and again, you need at least two members in order for you to start making money.
So just like any other recruiting based business, you will need to get people to join under you and then have them do exactly what you just did.
I’m not going to get into detail about everything because it’s really a waste of time.
The Compensation Plan
Super simple 2X10 matrix. All this means is that if you can only get 2 members going across and the rest would have to go down.
That would cover the 10.
Simple enough.
The Price
Of course we were all introduced to this “opportunity” with the fact that we only needed to pay $1 and I’m sure almost all of us jumped right in even if we knew nothing about the company.
For $1, we feel we have nothing to lose and we’d rather be in even if nothing happened than to be out and not cashing in.
You might want to change the way you think or you’ll end up like me jumping from one program to another, with no real prize waiting at the end of the tunnel.
With charts like this, it makes you think that you can make a solid income, but I’m sorry to say that this is nothing but hype.
It may sound like the easiest thing to do, but I can promise you that you will not get to making thousands of dollars unless you know millions of people.
Remember that your referrals need to get others in if you want it to work like it shows in this chart.
So put your eyes back in its socket because this is just for show.
So Will My $1 Business Work?
Anything can work.
Network marketing is a thing of my past since I learned how to create an online business.
The one thing that I do know is that recruiting is not my thing and I know it’s not a lot of people’s “thing” either.
In most cases, you’ll have those that recruit people like crazy, make some cash and then you’ll have those that just get in and do nothing.
Which is over 90% of its members.
Some may say that it’s really up to you to make a network marketing business work, and although that may be the truth, I just don’t find recruiting to be a business.
I wouldn’t necessarily say this would work, but it definitely can make you money.
So if you can recruit boatloads of people, you could make some decent money with this.

Is My 1 Dollar Business a Scam?
As much as I disagree with the business model and the fact that almost everyone involved here will be feeding the folks at the top, I can’t call it a scam.
The products may not be the greatest, but for a dollar, I don’t think you can complain.
There are other companies that offer nothing for thousands of dollars, so I’m going to have to side with what Mr. Gresham has here.
Definitely not a scam, but definitely not recommended either.
There’s just other ways that you can make money and this is not going to be as easy as they make it seem.
My 1 Dollar Business Review – Conclusion
The thing about making money (especially online) is that there aren’t many legitimate ways to do it and there definitely aren’t many to choose from.
I have been in almost every type of “business” out there and these low costing, recruiting based ones will not make you the type of income your’e thinking.
You will get more people in than you would with a regular MLM, but I definitely think you’re wasting your time.
Maybe the whole leading them to your other business is cool and all, but even at that, I can’t say this is your best bet.
I do recommend that you start YOUR OWN BUSINESS and quit making the owners of these little programs rich.
So if I was to tell you what I think is your best bet, that would be it.

In the end, My 1 Dollar Business is what it is.
Nothing life changing, but it can work.
Thanks for reading My 1 Dollar Business review and hopefully I have given you more than you could ask for.

Ive been in this business since March this year & I love it. I saved & made money Plus, The 2×10 matrix isn’t the only way to make money & isn’t the best way to profit from anyways. Yes, I totally agree that you have to make your own business here for you to make money. Because if you don’t, like what you’ve said you’ll keep on feeding the top. Nice review anyways.
Sigh. Most people will never see it that way “RC” and it’s really sad. When they realize what they are really in is ONLY when they will see the point I am trying to make in this review. Thanks for sharing your thoughts RC as it does help for those that still don’t believe what I have to say.
My One Dollar Business works don’t let the small price tag fool you but like anything else you will have to work at it. This business seems to be designed for newbies and struggling network marketers looking for a straightforward way to build a network and make money. Don’t expect to become a millionaire overnight and if you joined expecting spillover sorry that’s not gonna happen. I love the safeguards they have installed to prevent people from over investing and under performing. Just make sure you join under a real team builder and not a head hunter.
To each his own, right? Even if you say everyone should do their part and “recruit” there’s always going to be a lot (and I mean a lot) of people who will do nothing more than feed the 1% that is actually making something. This is nothing new to the world of network marketing and there are thousands upon thousands of these types of sites out there. The problem doesn’t lie in me getting people to join, it’s getting those people to do the same. In the end, this is not a real business but rather a recruiting gig. Join me, do the same thing I just did and you will make money. How long do you think that will go on before people actually get on here and start saying the latter? It always happens Dawna. People talk highly about a product/program of course to try to get others to join, but in the end come back complaining. This is not a business.
